"Actually, we were running about an hour late from the window we set, and you cancelled the appointment, we did not ‘no show’ at all. We certainly apologize for the delay but please at least tell the truth about what happened. And one slight delay in 20 years of service, then trashing us with a bad review, perhaps a bit of an over reaction? We wish we could share the recorded conversation (soon we will be able to do this) and let everyone hear for themselves who was unprofessional, very rude, and abusive. We have never heard such an over reaction to something so simple! Our tech was literally a mile from your home when you cancelled. We are human and our tech just ran late solving a major problem at another customer, which is rare, but does happen. Again, so sorry!"
