"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"Zach helped us upgrade to 4K MoiP video distribution, upgrading from our previous Wyrestorm Matrix. We also massively upgraded the Network infrastructure. Because both Zach and I and my wife have been dissatisfied with the originally installed Apple network, he upgraded the entire network including hardware at cost, which was a savings of close to 12000 dollars. We have been loyal clients for about 7 years now, and Zach's maintenance contract has paid off time and time again- but obviously this time was a remarkable example of taking responsibility for, and honoring the business with us. We greatly appreciate his time, his timeliness, and honesty. We are lifers."

"This company called immediately. They scheduled the work to install my wireless ring doorbell for the next day. The worker was on time. He placed the doorbell up quickly. He stayed to make sure I knew how to use the ring doorbell. I would use them again."

"Great. Installer was courteous and answered all of our questions. Price is great and we feel safe."

"Kenny is a very polite, personable young man. He installed my TV and has answered questions on many, many questions - I am amazingly illiterate on Anything like phones and computers. He patiently answered all of my stupid questions, explaining tips I didn’t know! I would definitely call him again! He was wonderful to meet and I’m 74 and am not comfortable around people I don’t know!"

"I had a great experience. I was tired of dealing with the lack of customer service from Digital Life and found ProTECHt on Angie's List. I'm so glad I did. He was prompt in returning my call. Was upfront with all costs right over the phone. Accommodated my schedule for the install. His installer was great. Everything runs as I had hoped. I can set up programs the way I like, track activity, etc. the alarm.com app and site give me all the automation features I want. Very happy. And even happier to be able to dump Digital Life for good! Thanks Theo and Daniel!"

"Installation went very well for the door lock and the thermostat would definitely hire again"

"Products ordered were shipped promptly and support was available for installation and activation."

"Smooth, timely, cost effective. Leo is prompt, personable, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I say patient because when installing our patio sound system, he ran into every obstacle imaginable (our house is old), but he never lost his cool or humor. We love him and will definitely use him again when needed."
