The technician took a good bit of time to understand my requirements and limitations of the structure of the house. I thought he did a good job of determining the best way to complete the installation without any significant cosmetic changes (visible wires) on the exterior. I would use these guys again."

"They were punctual and polite. The security system was installed properly. The only problem is our camera installation. The camera can only use wifi network, and they couldn't use Ethernet outlet above the garage installed by the builder. I wish they have told me they had to drill a hole on our brand new brick wall above the garage, and they actually couldn't get through the wall, so the drilling was totally unnecessary and waste of time. They ended up using the camera to cover the hole without giving me any solution to this damage. The camera didn't work before and after they left, and I had sent messages and called the company to get some answers. They finally told me I have to buy a wifi extender to get the camera to work five days later. I had to get the wifi extender, since we are stuck with this company for three years contract, and there is a damage on our brick wall covered by their camera. The camera finally worked. I didn't know they can just make some damages to your house and pretend there was nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to other people. They are not professional.
