"The dishwasher fix - almost immediately identified that the guys who installed a new countertop recently had not fully turned the water back on after they finished. So THAT's why the dishes weren't getting clean!  
The icemaker fix - quickly identified the problem and it's now working fine. The only reason I marked punctuality down is that there was miscommunication between the service guy and the office, to us, about when he would be back to complete the dishwasher repair. But not a major issue.
We've used these guys before to install a gas cooktop and they are smart, experienced folks who know what they're doing.

Courtney contacted me within an hour or two of my requesting a quote via their website. Jaye provided an estimate for the job using pictures sent via email, and was able to provide a great design suggestion when we asked for a last minute addition to the job. All of the communication was prompt, the estimate was reasonable and met, and the work was performed within the timeframe provided. Jaye's workers were prompt, they did a great job prepping the space to minimize mess in my living space, and did a great job of cleaning up when the job was complete, both indoors and out. "Heard them on the radio, so gave them a call to get estimate on a new HVAC system for my house. They were very prompt and I had a salesman/tech here the next day. I already had a few estimates from other contractors. I am in the construction business also; So I know what work needs to be done and the cost. The person they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC .The system he proposed was exactly what was needed .There were no short cuts and or trying to add anything that was really not needed. This guy new HVAC system and installation throughly.I wanted to sign contract with him. So ,He gives me the estimates. Everything was great but the pricing was just incredibly higher compared to everybody else. With the same system from competitors with the same work (Replace plenum ,warranty,etc.) I did not say anything to the salesperson about the price.He did great job representing A1 Air. I thanked for his time but unfortunately will not go with them In conclusion; I feel they would have done an outstanding job with excellent service and equipment. There pricing for “me” was just too high. Now ,if you don’t know anything about construction/HVAC cost.They would be a great company to do business with.You get a very complete Top notch install with great equipment.With a great company to stand behind the system. It’s kinda like my wife going shopping at Neiman Marcus.They sale top quality products, service is outstanding, and they stand behind everything 100 percent. You do pay a hefty premium for all of that. So it up to the buyer"

"They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others."

"Bohannon Services provided efficient installation of equipment. All personnel were courteous and fairly well versed in their duties. Be sure to have Bohannon installers check for motor speed setting on the air handler before leaving your home. The ADP factory set our blower's motor on 'high' for a 36 ton CFM (air flow measurement), which proved to be too loud for comfort. The higher the tonnage of CFM the higher the motor speed from the factory. I had to consult with the manufacturer on how to adjust the blower's motor speed to a lower speed myself. Bohannon installed a 3 speed motor, but a five speed would allow for more variability of speeds and noise comfort. Not sure if all manufacturers of air handlers set the blower's motor speed in the same manner, so consult with the manufacturer first then the dealer/contractor. Good luck on your install. When you acquire estimates from BSC or any other HVAC, make certain that the items listed for installation are indeed installed once the work commences. Standard 'parts and labor' usually runs two years and up to 5 years depending on the HVAC. To obtain extended warranties on equipment, one has to apply for such at the manufacturers website with S/N and M/N in hand. Don't accept anything less than the best from any HVAC, your paying for it and you have to live with the results."
