DG appliance repair came to my 84-year-old parents house twice, charge them over $300 for used parts. They said weâ  re under warranty that was two months ago. Now they say they wonâ  t warranty the part. I truly feel like they took advantage of my elderly parents. I would not use DG appliance. They are con artist.

Greg came out same day after my call for service, diagnosed need for replacement of our ice maker AND a bake igniter for our Samsung stove. He showed up exactly on time 2 days later and was done in one hour. Did you know he was Senior Games National Champ in bowling in 2022?! Good luck next week in Green Bay Greg, I hope you win it all again!
