I went and looked at the work at a couple of his close-by jobs and the workmanship was very good. I am a structural engineer by education and training and while a lot of companies can place concrete and finish it well, the true proof is in the preparation of the subgrade and the quality of the concrete during the pour. Jose did a great job of making sure the subgrade was compacted, the rebar properly placed, and the concrete was nearly perfect. The finish at the end of the day was a 9/10. The crew did a great job cleaning up and making sure our house was protected from concrete spatter."
