"(Removed Member Name), That is not what happened at all! When I arrived I first went into your attic and blew the condensate drain line out and then I checked your indoor coil, air filter and blower housing, they all were clean. I then moved outside to your outdoor unit to finish the inspection. I started your unit and checked the refrigerant charge which was fine, your outdoor coil was not dirty and the amp readings of the compressor and fan motor were normal, all electrical connections were tight. I only suggested you replace the compressor contactor because the contacts were worn, I made this suggestion after I was complete with the inspection, not in the middle of my inspection. I only advised you to replace it as a courtesy and it was the only thing that I found that was an issue with your system. I pulled the invoice and I was at your home for an hour and I also clearly remember speaking to you about the over all condition of your equipment. I checked your a/c entirely and completely, I left nothing out nor did I cut any corners or hurry through the inspection process. When I find a problem or need to bring something to my customers attention, I do so after I complete the entire inspection. Your description of my service is with out a doubt inaccurate and most of all unappreciated. If you read your copy of the invoice it states "compressor contactor burned & pitted will need to replace SOON". Your review implies I stopped in the middle of the inspection and tried to sell you something and then just left without completing the job, you know that is not what happened and couldn't be further from the truth. I am going to send a copy of the invoice to the review board so they can see #1 the listed checks I made #2 The time spent on the call #3 The suggestions I made. Because your review is simply not true and needs to be removed. Shame on you!!! This service was provided on 8-30-13 a little over 2 months ago. That is not how I operate or treat any of my customers and you are not an exception to the rule. Sincerely Stuart G."
