The young men who came to work on the shower were Ivan and Gabe. Cash was here too. They did an amazing job!! Our shower was a challenge because the home was built in 1952. They handled everything efficiently and smoothly. They worked very hard and worked very well together and we are proud of them. They stuck with it and had the job finished in a day as promised. We were certain it would take two days. Overall we are so excited to have our new shower. The safety of it is already relieving our anxieties of showering. All quality materials every detail was on point even down to extra decorative pieces that I was not expecting just to give it that pop of quality work. I am not an easy person to work for as I expect a lot on a job site . I want you to do a job as if you were doing it for yourself and they did just that ."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "The installers are great I own hvac company for over 30years an I was taught when you do something do it right because your name on that job .I feel the installers did that I'm pickie but didn't have to worry about anything they were just as pickie as I'm on doing a great job"
