From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. He was very responsive to questions and flexible to my schedule. When he got to my house, he had everything he needed to do the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. No negotiating an easier path. I really appreciated that. When all was said and done, Ryan had done a superb, professional job despite the heat in the attic (over 120 deg F). The plumber said the one installed 6 months earlier during her remodel was junk. He quoted $800 to replace it. I went over and looking under the sink the collar was just loosened. Took me 20 seconds to fix it. Elderly beware!!! Recently they charged her $3k for an unnecessary clean out install. Shame on us for calling them back out."

Tankless heaters are also more efficient, so comparing gallon-for-gallon, you’ll spend less on hot water with a tankless heater. It usually takes a professional water heater installer between two and three hours to remove an existing water heater and install a new tank heater.
