All American SolutionsHe said he would charge a flat $99 and guarantee a fix for whatever the issue was. He said he would run a complete diagnostic first, which I thought that was overkill, but he insisted. He worked with online access almost 2 hours as I watched from my desktop. He ran virus and malware cleans and found several I had not idea were there and explained why my malware programs were not working properly. He cleaned up files and registry problems. When he finished all that, he offered suggestions on how I might do things better, but respected my preferences. Then in a few clicks and screens, he fixed my GMail problem with Outlook and left me with a better operating computer. Whatever the problem was, I'm sure it was all the cleanup and system tweeks that made Outlook run properly. I'd be glad to use Bob again!- James A.
