Jose came out after reading the engineer's report and did his own measurements and cited a preliminary cost. He was very professional and you could tell that he knew his business. We selected them over three other contractors for their honestly and reasonable price to do the work. They had to dig seven holes for the pllings and that was very hard work, but they didn't complain and kept smiles on their faces when we talked. Jose was there most of the time and made sure the piles were placed correctly, etc. They finished in one day and you couldn't tell that they were even there. They repaired the concrete that they had to remove and cleaned up very nicely. We noticed the results right away. The crack in our utility room was barely noticeable, the expansion joint was closed, and our back door worked after months! We enjoyed the experience and recommend Bonilla for any job.

Vidal Bonilla and his team did an awesome job, going above and beyond. My project involved 55 ft of tunneling and 22 pilings, exterior and interior. We bumped into some unexpected challenges in the project which resulted in the need for additional tunneling and piers, which Vidal Bonilla DID NOT charge me additional for. He personally went through the whole affected portion of my house to have his team maken adjustments and drive additional piers so that sure my home was level and doors were working properly. I’d interviewed 7 different foundation companies. He definitely was not the most expensive, but he was not the cheapest. He’s not going to nickel and dime you on the permits like some companies...it’s just rolled into the price. His team members are not subcontractors and have been with him a long time. But because of that, I did have to schedule 3 months out...which wasnt a big deal. He’s using the same piling technology as all the bigger companies and driving piers down to point of no refusal (and based on my research, most companies are but verify that they are using 6000 psi or greater and not weaker piling). His company has been around long enough where Bonilla’s warrantee actually means something. I feel really good about my decision to work with Bonilla, and he really cared about getting the job done right. And...They put my beds back together and attempted to save the shrubs they had to extract (we’ll see). Hopefully I wont have to hire his team again for a very long time!

I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with this company that I am finally making time to write this. I wish I had time to include more detail, but I will say that this was one of the best experiences I've had with any service provider in some time. I honestly wish Bonilla offered other services because I would hire them for everything I could. My house was built in the 50's and, like any home in Houston built in the 50's, it needed some foundation work. The first "big name" company I called sent me an estimate that was absolutely crazy. Note only was the price extremely high, but the scope of work was enormous. Mind you, this home had already had a foundation repair performed (by the previous owners) just 5 years prior. I received quotes from a few other companies and, even though Bonilla was not the least expensive, I really liked the "vibe" I got from them after visiting my home. I did some additional research on them, talked with them about the contract and warranty, and ultimately decided they were the company for me. I'm SO glad I made that choice. The entire crew was on time every day, incredibly polite, and kept everything very clean. I had three neighbors that came to me during and after the work just to tell me how impressed they were with how professional the crew was. The work was completed on time, and they even left the tunnels under the house open for me to have some plumbing work completed so I wouldn't have to pay extra for new tunnels for the plumber. Bonilla promptly returned to fill the tunnels as soon as I let them know the plumbing work was done. I really cannot recommend this company more. For such a stressful repair to a home, they made it as easy as possible

Mr Bonilla came out and examined my garage and it was off by almost six inches. They came out two days later and got it level within two days. They did a great job repairing the concrete driveway where they had to make three hole to level the front.

The job went great. The estimator came out and drew up a detailed plan with a reasonable estimate. The workers came out and performed the work. They did excellent work. They were friendly, and the foreman answered many questions during the job. Would hire them again.

I appreciated that Vidal provided an honest quote for just the work that needed to be done. Other estimates were for more pilings around the entire garage, even though there were no trees near the front of the garage, and the front had not sunk. Vidal thoroughly took measurements far back in the garage corners where they were not so accessible, so he could get an accurate reading. The crew was professional, prompt and polite over two really hot days in deep mud holes. The guys accidentally sliced a couple of cables but replaced them quickly. I was invited to watch part of the process as they lifted the garage. They cleaned up the mud afterward.

18 piers were required and the work was completed on 2 days, It was a job well done.

They were professional from beginning to end. Mr. Vidal Bonilla promptly came out for the consultation. He had confirmed what the other companies had told me -- the back of the house needed to raised and leveled. The work was suppose to take 2 days, but it rained on Day 1, so they had to stop. The promptly returned the morning of Day 2 and Day 3. Mr. Jose Bonilla came out for the final inspection. They was so mud in my yard that I was wondering how everything would be restored. Everything was put back into place, cleaned up and power washed.

Mr. Vidal Bonilla came out himself and checked the exterior, then measured the interior of the house and checked the grade at many spots to see how level the foundation was. As it turned out, he said our foundation was in excellent shape, nearly level, and did not need repair. He gave me a copy of the house "map" with his measurements and evaluation to keep, in case we needed to have someone else come out later to recheck it. He also suggested a sprinkler system for our yard, to help maintain the foundation in good shape. He was both professional and nice.

Look no further. I guarantee you choosing Bonilla Foundation is the best company to do your repairs. Vidal Bonilla and his crew did the most professional job ever on my home foundation. From day one, I got all my questions answered and Mr. Bonilla explained everything to me in terms that I understood. He was always available to answer my calls and answered my questions. His crew are fantastic. Any questions I had they had an answer for me. Very respectful men doing this job. The work is messy around the house but just as clean as our yard was in the beginning, after they finished the job, my yard was put back in place like if they were never here. It was amazing. I can not say enough great things about the owner and crew. It was a wonderful experience.

Mr. Bonilla was an absolute pleasure to work with. He arrived early, took the time to hear my concerns, thoroughly inspected my property, and at the end of the inspection where an unhonest person could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge he told me the truth that I wouldn't be needing his company's services because my foundation was fine. He even gave me a few tips to more effectively repair some minor cracks around the house. Great person and would 100% recommend his company to anybody that I knew that needed his services.

Bonilla had the best price by far of all of the companies we called, as well as good ratings, so we went with them. It seemed ok... at first. They put in 8 pilings (whereas another company's quote was 3x more but for several more pilings). Within a year, the foundation issues were worse than before! We called the company back to see if they could fix it due to the warranty, but the answer was, in a nutshell, no. It was as if we had nothing done and wasted our money. If I could go back, I'd pay double to get it done correctly. Now, years later, I'm back to shopping around for another foundation repair company.

I can't say enough about how well this went. Mr. Bonilla is honest, experienced, and committed to doing quality work. His Angie's List rating is better than his competitor who is priced twice as much, and he's also received no unfavorable BBB reports. After my experience with him and his team, I can see why. I'd strongly recommend him, and would not hesitate to use him again.

HOME RUN!!!! Edgar and his crew worked FIVE DAYS in a confined, dark, dirty, damp and rotted wood environment. My home is now level and solid as a rock! I can't say enough about how professional this entire experience has been, from the first call to the office, to the first visit, to waving good-bye to the crew as they left. I've never owned a pier-beam home before so it was certainly a learning experience for me as a homeowner. If you're having ANY issues with your pier-beam foundation you'll be remiss if you don't go with Bonilla!

It went well. They were very professional and took care of the job as scheduled. The pounding shook the ancient plumbing and caused a leak under the bathroom sink (not surprisingly). The crew helped me take everything out of that cabinet and turn off the water to the sink.
