I had dropped my computer over the weekend which broke the backlight on the screen. I initially took the computer to Best Buy/Geek Squad for help (on a Sunday), but they were not able to diagnose he problem or do anything without shipping my computer off to Kentucky, which would have taken at 1-2 weeks. I contacted Caltechsys on Monday morning around 8:30, and they were able to diagnose the problem and order the part while I was on the phone with them. It took a little over a week for the part to come in, but they repaired it the same day the part came in.
This whole computer problem came at the wrong time for me.....I was set to take the bar exam on that computer the week after it broke. While my computer was not fixed in time to use it on the exam, Caltechsys did give me a loaner which I was able to use without a problem.

It went great. Our insurance biller was have to sit there and wait minutes for each step she took on the PC. The CalTechSys team accessed her PC remotely and within an hour the PC was running at high speed. They deleted old unused software, removed bugs and uploaded a fresh system for her to use. The cost of their time was covered in one day by the improved productivity!
At our home we have 3 PCs they had all kinds of bugs. The PCs were taken to the CalTechSys headquarters and they were able to work simultaneously on the bugs, which cost us less money, then the owner came to our home and re-installed them and made sure we were satisfied.
I have never found a more responsive, competent and knowledgeable computer repair service.
We have been working with them for 15 years and always are happy with the results.

My experience with them went very well. I give them four stars for it. They did a very good job. I like that they were effective, fast, knowledgeable and there wasn't anything that I didn't like.

They were wonderful. I thought I was going to have to buy a new PC, but I didn't. They saved me a lot of money. They even called to follow up with me.
