Furniture - Sales
Kebby Thervil's handling of a potentially bad situation was commendable. He recognized a problem and did everything he could to fix it sue to an online ordering issue that was not their fault. The way he handled everything was very good and his help was appreciated. The error was from the internet online order and what was in the store. The product wasn't available in the store but Mr. Thervil accommodated everything for me. The issue was resolved to where I was able to pick up the chair and everything was ready for me.
