I had Live Mobile Technology came in upgraded my windows 10 to windows 11 to one of my computer. The other computer, they suggested me to buy one since upgrading is costing too much money. So they matched Bestbuy's computer and free delivery the computer for me and installed it. All is working Great! I will definitely hire LMT again! They have very good customer service.

I was referred to Charles at Live Mobile Technology by a friend. I called Charles and he immediately told me how he could help me. Soon after, I met with Charles and Kush at their office, we sat down together and came up with a specific plan for my website. They went above and beyond to address all my concerns and needs. They were extremely professional and very patient taking the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. When my website was ready to go live, they had me come into the office to show me how my website works. I am extremely happy with the website they created for my business. Christian from LMT (Live Mobile Technology) repaired my computer. He did an outstanding job. My computer had crashed when I was trying to download Windows 10. Not only did Christian fix my computer, he also download Windows 10 and Microsoft and transferred all my Windows 7 files to Windows 10. He exceeded all my expectations by far. Very well. Everything resolved very quickly. The gentleman fixing the problems was friendly yet professional. The owner, Charles, is incredible: he always makes time for me and ensures that my issues are addressed quickly. They often use remote fixes when applicable, and that helps to lower the price. This is the only computer repair company that I use and I highly recommend them.

Charles, the owner, was fabulous! I had done my research and knew what a new hard drive would cost so his pricing didn’t surprise me. His determination to save my data made him my hero! I had backed up files but not everything! My suggestion to everyone is to make a list of your apps because under pressure I couldn’t remember names of my favorites. Charles was fabulous! William got me up and going within 13-14 minutes. On a prior visit from just a few mos. ago, he successfully connected a printer for me. He's young, but absolutely knows what he's doing. He's easy to work with, polite and respectful. Charles, the owner, is a delight as well. He always fits me in asap and is very, very reasonable price-wise. Charles and Live mobile Technology did a fantastic job. We needed an update to our Network. I approached LMT with a budget in mind, and they surpassed expectations. From faster processing speed to cyber security and fire wall set up for our network, they touch every base on network implementation. One year later, we were moving offices, and we needed to move our entire network. They came in after hours on a Friday, and transitioned everything over flawlessly. They tested and re-tested our network several times over the weekend to ensure we were right where we left off on Friday. They are true perfectionists. Needless to say, you will not go wrong when choosing LMT as your IT company.

Reformatting took longer than expected but since process is automatic, no need to be attended. Happy with all work performed.

My Windows 10 touch screen suddenly began doing crazy things, including not allowing me to logon or log off or make the mouse/anything else work on my computer. I've been a client of Live Mobile Technology for a number of years & knew if anybody could find the problem & fix it..they'd fix it. Charles found the problem & got my computer running again. Actually, it's running better as he cleaned up my hard drive too. Excellent tech knowledge & support + really fair pricing. Highly recommended!

He understands and works on Apple/Mac products which is very hard to find. He was very responsive, did exactly what he said he could do, in the amount of time he promised and for the amount he quoted. Definitely will use Charles again.
