I took my old laptop in to see if they could repair it. The technician explained a variety of options to me and I returned a few days later to have them move all the programs and data from that machine to a new old. I love this place...the staff is very knowledgeable and professional. No hard sell, just options.

Excellent, timely service. I had previously hired (and paid) someone else, but he was unable to fix the problem but charged me anyway!! I then took my computer to the Computer Hospital and they handled in a prompt and efficient manner. So far, everything seems to be working fine. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend. I worked with Jamie and Jason, and they were great. Convenient location with ample parking.

I was searching on-line and ended up at a bad web site which tried to scam me with a message (call here for help) that was accompanied by a loud siren sound.  I could not get rid of the message and feared the worst.   I took my computer to Phillip at Computer Hospital.  He was able to disable the message, etc. and explained to me what had happened.  Phillip has helped me before with much more serious issues regarding my computer.  I have been a customer with Computer Hospital for years and can only say they have saved me more times than I would like to admit to.  Thank Heavens for CH.

On-site tech came to my home office.  He seemed very knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions.  It was so long ago, I don't remember exactly what my final bill was, but there was no "hard sell" going on.  He made a legit suggestion to upgrade the old desktop. Everything has been running fine since their visit almost four years ago.

My computer would not boot.  They tested the system (which is free) and determined the problem was that my hard drives were non-functional.   They offered several solutions but I opted to let them sell me a new system.  They offered several levels of service in terms of salvaging the data on my hard drives.  Their services were quick and efficient and the personnel were great.  They explained in detail the problem and the solutions and followed up with a courtesy call a week later.  I have used them several times before and they have always been fantastic.  One of those companies you want to continue to use.

When I got the computer home I discovered they had removed a program they had previously sold me and installed for backing up the computer.   Whatever they did to fix the problem, it  included removing the software they had sold me.  So I was out the money the software cost, plus over $200 for them to remove it.
Response from The Computer Hospital
"This client is an total idiot. This work was done six years ago. Her system had a virus that corrupted her programs. We removed the virus, fixed her windows, but unfortunately there was damaged to programs that could not be fixed. Had she made us aware of the software issue we would have jumped through hoops to resolve the problem. As for cost of repair, I doubt there is any better pricing in Houston. We did a backup for 45.00 so that if she wasn't happy with the work the system could be restore to the state the system was in when it was brought in - which she declined. We did a Windows Repair for 99.00 with virus cleanup. We provide and installed Ram at 37.50. And we gave her a multi-service discount of 50.00. We check the systems in when they come in and we check them out with the customer before they leave. Had this individual been un-happy with the work, it is more appropriate to contact us in a timely manner. If this is you please look for someone else to work with. Sincerely, Computer Hospital"

For NO CHARGE, they helped me figure out the problem with my home wireless network over the phone. Jamie gave me specific, good advice that I could do myself and it fixed the problem.  This is after having other IT service people come to the house, charge me lots of money by the hour, and sell me equipment I didn't need and that didn't fix the problem.

I used The Computer Hospital at the Katy Freeway location (near the Campbell Road intersection).  Their price was a bit higher than  the competitors I talked with, but I chose them because I felt that they were offering a much higher quality service than their competitors.  My WIndows 7 laptop was infected with a virus or malware.  I could not get rid of it by doing scans with my Kapersksy internet suite, or a freeware tool offered by Microsoft.  I originally went to Best Buy's Geek Squad around the corner.  They are very interested in selling a full-service one-year contract, but they do not offer any service that simply guarantees fixing an immediate problem.  I then contacted a competitor that had several good Google+ reviews.  The competitor was cheaper, but they wanted to reformat my entire hard drive, re-install the operating system, and give me the problem of reloading all of my files and software packages.  I talked with a third provider from Thumbtack (an online provider, somewhat like Angies List, but not as solid).  I dropped him quickly when it became apparent that he did not understand a few basic concepts of how email works.
I was really relieved when I talked to The Computer Hospital.  I was impressed that they have 2 locations and good Google+ reviews.  I was very impressed by the solution they offered.  They said that they would run scans with several different   tools, since no single tool picks up every virus or malware.  This solution is exactly what I would expect a competent provider to offer, and I was willing to pay a little extra for it, because I know that running these scans is much more time-consuming than doing a few clicks to just reformat the hard drive.  I also paid extra for a back-up, although this was probably not necessary.  The Computer Hospital was also the only provider that offered an option to use remote tools so that they could work on my laptop without my having to bring it into the shop.  I declined this option, however, since I know that virus scans are very time-consuming, and I thought that I would get more service if I simply left my laptop in their shop for a few days.
I picked my laptop up today and I am very happy.  The symptoms of the malware (unwanted popups) are completely gone.  I am also confident that they removed several other less apparent malware that were not intercepted by my Kapersky tool.  I reviewed the checklist of the processes that they had performed, and everything seemed very thorough.  I also got a peek behind the scenes, and their shop seemed very well set up and organized. I really like this provider, and I will definitely use them again.   They are very professional, and they made me feel like my nice laptop was in safe hands.

My experience with them went very well. He was very professional. He ran into some difficulties getting here as promised, but he called me and let me know what he was doing. He was very professional about that, so I appreciated that. The quality was excellent. Things really worked well after that.

My computer is old.  I feared I might need a new one.  It had gotten
aggravatingly slow.  I was having to restart it several times/day just
to check email and perform Google searches.  I couldn't print emails and
my Microsoft Office programs had quit functioning altogether.  I knew
from previous experience that I could trust the Computer Hospital to
diagnose what was ailing it and fix it at a reasonable price.  Was
relieved to find out that I just needed to upgrade to a newer operating
system and have Microsoft Office re-installed. The technician also
recommended a more comprehensive virus/malware protection program that
could better protect my computer, offered at a discounted first-year
rate (less than the cost of my current program).  I love these guys!
They're always courteous, professional -- and more important than ever,
affordable!

The service was prompt - I called late in the day expecting to set an appointment for the next day but they were able to squeeze me in for same day service which I though was great.  The technician (Nick) was very knowledgeable and not only solved our immediate issues but also offered some great suggestions for how to proceed with protecting our business from fire/flood/viruses etc. as we grow.  I'm pretty confident that they will be my go-to guys for anything IT related in the future.
