I can truly say that this company and its employees live up to five star ratings and I would not normally find that a business lives up to five stars in work, service and value for the dollar. After quite a bit of research on Consumer Reports I began to look for the brands that were rated the highest. It was clear that American Standard has the highest rating on product service over a five year period. I then began to look at ratings by local consumers and found HomeAdvisor and took several of its recommendations and called for appointments. Kerry came and gave us a very good evaluation, another employee came with special equipment to evaluate our previous system, and then we were given the best price for the product that found anywhere. The lady on the phone kept us updated on arrival times and expectations. We will definitely use Kerry and Mathis again. What could have been challenging and expensive project turned into a smooth and delightful sail. Thank you so much.

WOW! We are VERY, VERY happy with the Mathis Air & Heat LLC. We needed to replace our 25 years old A/C system and after extensive research we chose this company. We are glad that we found this honest and experienced people for our big project. Kerry was very knowledgeable and recommended us the best replacement option. Entire job was done in one day, the installers were very professional and after job they cleaned everything in and out. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work we have received. They were very curteous from the very beginning....front office to installer. Great service, nice people, answered all my questions, etc. Highly recommended.

Kerry, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable. He explained why our old system failed, why we needed a new system, and which new system he recommended. Independent research confirmed Kerry was correct. Kathy, in the office, efficiently kept us in touch, and was very easy to talk to. Juan and Cesar, the installers, were polite, efficient, and neat. Mathis provided us access to funding for our project, and even loaned us a portable AC unit for the weekend. We highly recommend Mathis AIr and will use them for future maintenance.

We completed a form online and the next day we got a call. Questions were answered an we made an appointment for a quote. They worked well around my work schedule which is an A+ in my books. Kerry was awesome, he answered all my crazy questions and walked us through step by step on what takes place with an install. The install team was very nice and they were on time. Great job! Replacing 2 a/c units and a furnace is very expensive but my units needed to be replaced. I'm very happy with Mathis Air & Heat. From the time I spoke with Crystal in their office and until I spoke with Kerry & Matt in my home, I felt well taken care of. They were on time, and very professional. I would recommend this company for your air and heating needs.

Wonderful process. Got several quotes and their price was good, but they got our business because Kerry made us feel so comfortable in such a large expense. Install was smooth, clean and fast! Started at about 930 am and by 5 it was back down to 70 in the house! Definitely recommend them!

Mathis Air and Heat are wonderful. I was having problems with my old Ac and I called them. Mrs Mathis really educated me on the phone and sent out their wonderful salesman Kerry. He diagnosed my problem and sold me a new AC system. My old system was 33 yrs old. Due to a cancellation they had they were able to install the next day. The installers were neat and very knowledgeable. They finished in a few hours and left my home just as neat as they found it. I would recommend them to any one and especially my family.

They were on time for all appointments, thoroughly explained the work and all of my options, and pricing was competitive. They told me exactly what to expect in the performance of my new equipment. when I called home advisor, they were calling me right at the same time. they came out when they said they were coming, gave me a great quote, came out and installed 2 a/c units within 3-4 hours. they were very professional, courteous and would recommend them to anyone at any time for a/c service. We posted a need for a new HVAC system on Home Advisors. Several dealers reached out to us, but none as professional as Mathis. The sales person was thorough and considerate. He explained everything to our liking and had data to back up what he had to say. The installers were available to come that afternoon to do the work. Although the installers got busy right away, were customer oriented and considerate of our house, we believe they rushed the job. We were left with concerns that needed to be addressed. When I reached out to the sales person and office manager, they were right on it. The owner came out, inspected the work and made some revisions. No push back, just made it right. We would give them a 5 star rating if it weren't for the bit of rework that needed to be taken care. We would definitely recommend Mathis to others without hesitation.

They did a great job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Very professional and courteous. They were an hour late getting to our house for the install and we understand that happens. It would have been nice if they would have notified us. All and all, satisfied with the work.
