Alb's Brothers Plumbing

Alb's Brothers Plumbing was just GREAT. They did good work - replaced our water heater and a couple of toilet valves. They were friendly, hardworking and explained everything. Their price was more than fair. We have already asked them to do some additional work in the near future. We have passed their name along to neighbors and our two sons who will need some plumbing work completed in the near future. We had a leak in our water heater, we have two located in the attic . I called them very nice and great customer service Francisco helped me and my family replace our water heater. I asked him to use a brand that we already had and he did. The technician German explained everything they did and walked me through it by showing me while we stood in the attic very professional. This was very unexpected and the cost was reasonable I will use them again. It's so hard to trust people and they made sure I had no doubts hiring them. GREAT WORK!

I ended up needing a full sewer line replacement including the main line and 2 auxiliary lines from the kitchen sink & washing machine! My house, built in 1967, had the original cast iron pipes! I got quotes from 3 companies including Alb’s Brothers. Alb’s Brothers was the only company during initial inspection to even look & uncover one of the clean outs which under a big steel plate. They found the 2nd too! They gave me a reason quote which includes a 3 yr warranty on their work! They have an excavation team that is very hard workers & skilled in this. They dug under the foundation not even recommending to jackhammer thru it! They didn’t cut corners when digging. An explanation was given including pictures, etc all along the way. They answered my many questions & concerns with quick responses by text, email and/phone calls. This is a family owned company & you can tell ! They were respectful, honest & have integrity. They want me as a lifetime customer & I will be!!

Alb’s Brother Plumbing dispatched all pro German over to install a hot water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the job, explained everything into detail and did a professional job. If you need any type of plumbing work done, I would give Alb’s Plumbing a call.

The bid came right in asap and they were at my home in 2hrs. Francisco was very knowledgeable and gave me a bid that meet everything I needed. After we agreed I received a email with a picture of my technician and an estimate of his arrival time. German arrived right on time and was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me thru everything he would be doing and made sure I was comfortable with the work he was performing. As German completed his work he explained everything I needed to know about my new water heater and its operation as well as the code that my city or state required. I’m very happy with Alb’s Brothers Plumbing and the employees I worked with. No hidden cost no up selling just a competitive price excellent service and very nice knowledgeable techs. I will be using them again and recommend them to my friends.

Well that started out good, they went to go get the part, evidently got the wrong part had to go back and get the right part. They work till dark with a flashlight and got it all done got my water back on thank God it has been off for two and a half months.
