"Excellent; very personable and easy to work with. Very far on price. Great experience for even our 5 year old. He was super nice and had no problem answering any questions no matter how silly they might have seemed. He stuck to his scheduled time appointments, stuck to his pricing, and did an amazing professional smooth sight pad. We will for sure use him in the future for other work & definitely recommend NBR Services!!"

"The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"Gavin provided great service and is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He completed 2 projects for me and communicated timeframe, cost and offered insightful suggestions related to my choice of landscaping options (plants, gravel, mulch ..etc). He also performed drain pipe installations which provided a polished look to the landscape. I am greatly pleased with his value, quality, follow up and follow through on these projects. He is now my go to person for my landscaping needs."

"Excellent work on design with 3D rendering - really got a good visual on what the finished product would look like.
The actual result was better than we anticipated.
Project took about 2.5 months
Only negatives were their AV subs who they have changed (new sub very good).

John Thorburn and his partner were always very responsive, professional and courteous. Neatness was unusual for cleaning up each day and attempting understand and work with us to disrupt life as little as possible."

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

There are several homemade solutions for clearing a clogged sink that don’t involve pouring harsh chemicals down your drain. Start by pouring hot (but not boiling) water down the drain. This can help dissolve and flush away grease and gunk. A splash of dish soap down the drain can also cut through fat and make it easier to clear the drain. For a more stubborn blockage, grab a plunger and give it a few firm pumps to dislodge the clog.

You should pump your septic tank once every two to four years for a family of four, depending on your septic tank size. You should pump a 1,000-gallon septic tank every two years, while a 1,500-gallon tank should be pumped every four years. Water usage also affects how often you should pump your septic tank. If you notice slow drains, foul smells, or gurgling sounds from your drains, you should pump your septic tank as soon as possible.

Over time, your septic tank can accumulate a buildup of sludge at the bottom of the tank. If left unpumped and uncleaned, the sludge will back up into your pipes and home, causing failure and extensive (and smelly) damage. Repairs to your septic system can be costly, which is why regular maintenance is required. It takes about 30 minutes to pump a septic tank that’s 1,250 gallons or less or 1 hour for larger varieties.

Roto-Rooter does not charge by the hour, so the quote you get after your in-person consultation should cover the whole project. This includes the time it takes a technician to get to your house and the time it takes to complete the job. For context, a plumber will charge anywhere from $45 to $200 per hour, but you may also pay a service fee or flat fee.

You could be smelling sewer gas in your kitchen because of a dry P-trap, clogged vent pipe, or leaking plumbing seals. If you smell a rotten egg odor, check your sink’s P-trap and plumbing connections first. A clogged or damaged vent pipe can trap sewer gas and push it back into your kitchen through the plumbing pipes. Loose or deteriorated seals around drainpipes can also allow sewer gas to leak out. If you can’t find the source, call a local plumber for expert help.
