They would not split the wood I wanted and charged a very high price although they are supporting a large crew and have a lot of equipment. He was right on time, and after seeing the job (which was taking down a tree in conjunction with a pool project) I received a fair bid -- and he was able to come back in the afternoon to do the job. "Jose was referred by a neighbor and when I called him I knew right away that I found the right guy to trim my tree in the front yard. He first listened to what I was needing and when he came over to look and give me the estimate he shared a lot of information. He knows a lot about trees.
