We recently relocated from Dallas to a new home in Austin (Dripping Springs area) and only had a week to get our windows cleaned before out-of-state relatives arrived for a week long stay_cation. I got online and called the top 4-5 window washer companies and Gwyndows was the only one that could work us in. Gwyn (original founder!) arrived promptly on Thursday and in 2 half days, thoroughly washed inside and out ~40 windows, including screens and tracks. The windows are literally spotless and the tracks actually look like new, which has never been the case in our 45+ years of home ownership and getting windows cleaned. And last but not least, the price was well below expectations. We can't say enough good things about Gwyndows and they will definitely be our go-to windows cleaners from this point forward...

it was extremely good. They responded immediately to my query on Angie's list, communicated efficiently by email, came out to give a free estimate and scheduled the cleaning to my convenience. Beck, the young lady who did the work was very professional and pleasant. Best of all - my windows are superbly clean. Some of them were very tough to reach, but Beck with her leader took care of it all. I highly recommend them and shall surely use them again.

Very sweet lead window cleaner - did not meet the other person. I have used Gwyndows for years. However, this time was my least favorite. When they moved items to clean windows they did not put them back. I came home to my furniture in different place and decorative items lying in the floor from where they took them off and didn't place back. My living room rug had ripples from furniture being moved and not placed back accurately. I don't want to be really negative BUT this wasn't my best experience with them.

They provided an on-site estimate because of some peculiarities on the windows. Both men on the crew worked hard & continually until the job was done. Windows were very clean. A screen came off an upstairs window after the cleaning, and they returned promptly to replace it.

I had an appointment with Gwyndows for window cleaning. They were scheduled to come out on 5/11 so I took off half a day from work to be at my house at noon. They never showed. I called their office MANY times throughout the day and no one ever answered. So they had no one in the office and no one fulfilling appointments. Also, I left voice mails on two different phone numbers which means no one was monitoring those either. I guess the company decided to take the day off and ignore their scheduled appointments. They sent me an email a couple of days later saying something about a scheduling error (BTW, they sent me an email on 4/24 confirming my appointment), but if they were a professional company they would have had someone answering phones and would have known about the scheduling error on that day before it happened. Instead I wasted half a day of work and got nothing in return. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company that's not capable of fulfilling their obligations. There are plenty of other window cleaning businesses on Angie's List to choose from.
