Pro View Glass

An estimator came to my house on 2/10 and provided a quote for two replacement glass windows that would take a few weeks to have made. I paid him a deposit via check (that was withdrawn from my bank) and afterwards got a message from the provider via Angi as follows: "Good Morning, Order has successfully been confirmed by manufacturer. Projected delivery date February 26th. Can install within 48 hours depending on availability." Today is 3/3, and without having heard an update, I tried reaching the provider only to find their phone numbers on their Angi profile are disconnected. I could not find their business info elsewhere on Google Maps or online. If this company is still in business and has my windows, I would like them installed as soon as possible. If they did not get the windows made (effectively stole my money) I would like a full refund of $406.09.

Marc C was friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Our single hung vinyl window (right side) would not close all the way and could not lock. Marc removed the faulty window and checked the usual suspects (sash, channel balance, etc) to eliminate problems. He spent his time problem solving and was persistent! He was gentle with the window, careful to not do more damage. He figured out the issue and fixed it so that it now closes and locks smoothly and securely. The price was very fair, Marc was prompt and friendly, and the work was quality. Definitely recommend Pro View Glass!

He started the work on Dec 17, 2024. he removed the wood trim around the glass and said he would return the next day. he gasket shopped up since. He was supposed to replace the glass on the exterior window. bit he took out the trim on the interior too. he was paid in full.

He showed up promptly, was very efficient and did a quality job. Would recommend.
