Get matched with top home builders in Sunset Valley, TX

"We decided to close in an open game room upstairs. We had several contractors come over to provide numbers and scope for the project. As someone who is in the design/build industry you expect a certain level of service and knowledge. All the contractors minum Alter spent a grand total of 20 minutes looking at the project. Alter spent an hour looking at the project and going over various options and plans. Alter took measurements, pictures, videos of the area to remodel. While also presenting pictures and videos of previous projects. We are a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Alter's proposal for the project was 10 pages compared to the 1 page proposals from other contractors. Alter laid out the entire project scope, what is covered, what is excluded and expectations. During the project, Alter was at our house multiple times a day checking on the progress. What they said would get done for the day was done that day. The craftmanship was impeccable, and clean. We are forever grateful for Alter treating our home like their home. With the great work they did, we decided to excel another project to roll right after the first remodel. We wanted the master closet redesigned and they made it happen. As picky and precise we are as customers, there was nothing we noticed that had to be redone. Lines were clean and straight. They made both project match our dreams and desires. I will never venture out to hire someone else to work on our home. Only Alter will be the contractor to work on our home and feel like family."

"I got the redesign plans, but I could not get them to re-engage with e to start work. They just went dark, after several followups. Weird because I liked their designs and probably would have given them quite a bit of business."

"Luis is the best general contractor I've worked with overall. We completely remodeled our master, and added a completely new guest bathroom. Aside from a few scheduling challenges and some details, all the work was carried out to high standards and specifications. LTE did not cut any corners, and on several occasions Luis went out of his way to rework items until they met or exceeded expectations. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and would recommend him for any construction work."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"

"Our full house remodel was a big project, but Ace Remodeling TX made it manageable. Niv kept everything organized and on schedule. "We knew what we wanted but it was only a picture in our mind. We needed someone to make our dream a reality. We had several competitors come over and look at the project but Steve was the only one that responded with an estimate. This showed us he was responsible and would come through for us. The end result is everything that I imagined and more! His crew is also courteous, clean, and they know how to build a solid deck. I would highly recommend Steve and his team."

"After they tore out the old limestone fireplace and installed the new firebox with a four stair blower system, they ran vents to several rooms in our home. That work included some framing, sheet rock patching and painting."
