I don't think I've ever worked with a service pro that was as efficient and thorough as Brook. He was on time, everything was cleaned up, and everything looks brand new.

Brooke took parts from my kitchen window and never returned. He claimed he was going to order the parts amd returned once parts were received. I called him a handful of times and he's yet to return. It's been 5 months and he's never called me once.

Brook is a great guy to work with. He is very professional and the services are affordable during tough inflation days. Strongly recommend him for window services.

Brook replaced fogged windows in our home. His work was done quickly, and he cleaned up everything before leaving, Brook has a very positive energy, and is great to work with. We love his warranty and will definitely have him back when needed. Highly recommend.

Brook was great. He came over right away and gave me an estimate and returned as soon as he received the materials he needed and fixed the window, despite the mud and rainy weather. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would not hesitate to hire Brook again.

Had Brook make glass tops for several pieces of furniture. Several had unique curves or corners requiring a pattern to be made first. Brook came out and made those patterns. Everyone else I called wanted me to make the pattern and then go by their business and give it to them. Brook takes pride in his work. Reasonable cost. Would hire him again.
