They reinsulated and caulked, replaced and added trim as needed (new windows are generally thicker than old ones), and painted the trim. This job was done in late August, early September of 2018, so there were weather delays that couldn't be helped, but JP was fast and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves after every workday.
