"Excellent and efficient execution on a four room carpet cleaning. This job was done remotely, but the owner and the cleaner coordinated well, sharing arrival time, before and after pictures etc. in a timely manner. Best part, a lot of food stains were removed making the carpet look fresh!"

"My house had a mold problem and remediation was done but afterwards there was a strong ozone smell and stickiness everywhere, due to the fogging and ozone treatment. I had renters in a 3,041 sq ft. 4-bedroom house and in addition to cleaning all the carpet, they had many pieces of furniture and 7 mattresses that they wanted cleaned. When I first talked to the owner J.L. I knew I was in good hands. My renters were very concerned about the process and what the result would be. So the first thing J.L. did was take two of their couch pillows back to his shop and cleaned one and not the other and delivered them to where they were temporary staying so they could see and smell the difference, needless to say they were “ecstatic!” This is an example of exceptional service! Because my renters were trying to get back to the house before the weekend, he even juggled his schedule to fit the large job in that would require 4 people for 4 hours. To remove the ozone smell he used these orange-scented deodorizer bombs that worked great. I honestly think my renters would have moved out if J.L did not come to the rescue, as they were very particular and I believe Heaven’s Best is the only carpet cleaning company that does HEPA vacuum first, uses all natural products, and the carpets dry in an hour. They even spend a lot of time “raking” the carpet after so the pile goes the same way so everything looks perfect! As a side note, I knew about Heaven’s Best years ago as I was selling a house and told my Realtor I had to replace the carpets first. She was the one who told me about them and once again after Heaven’s Best cleaned them I did not have to replace them before selling! In summary, J.L. treated the whole job like it was his own house and renters trying to get back in! And when I told him I was an Angie’s list member he gave me a large discount! If it was not for J.L. and Heaven’s Best I really think my renters would have moved out and he turned what started out as a bad experience with them due to the mold problem, to having them looking forward to returning to a super clean house that looked and smelled great! I am looking forward to having my own carpets cleaned this week and I would highly recommend J.L. and his staff for above and beyond service and quality! Thank you SO much J.L.! -Bonnie"

"Heavens to Betsy! Y'all have no idea how great a job they did. After years of fostering puppies and being a clumsy spiller my carpets were in a horrifying state. Today, my rooms smell fresh, the carpets look like new. They were responsive, courteous, and very professional. Showed up on time and were very efficient. Added bonus is that they were very reasonably priced! Will save their info for the future and I can't recommend them enough."

"Wonderful service.! Fast & professional. They care about their customers! Glades and her team were attentive and courteous throughout the whole project. Had laminate and tile installed and the work is second to none. I get so many compliments on the top rate job they did and I could not be happier with the way Glades showed me samples perfectly suited to my taste. Have already called them back for the next project - a new back splash and tile work on window ledges in the kitchen. I would use them over and over again!"

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

It's best to wait until the newly installed carpet has fully settled and dried before moving furniture back into the room. Your carpet installation professionals can provide guidance on the recommended wait time based on factors such as the type of carpet and adhesive used. Moving furniture back in too soon could damage the carpet or affect its adherence to the floor.

Choosing the right carpet involves assessing room usage, desired comfort levels, durability requirements, and stylistic preferences. Carpet fiber types and density should also be considered during the decision-making process.

The type of flooring you choose for your bedroom comes down to personal preference. Many people prefer carpet over hard-surface flooring types (such as hardwood, tile, or stone) in their bedrooms because it’s warmer and cozier. Carpeting also helps muffle sound, which may benefit those who have trouble sleeping.

On the other hand, some folks prefer the look of hardwood over carpet. People with allergies might also opt for non-carpeted flooring since carpet fibers can attract dust, dander, and other allergens.

Yes, carpeted stairs are generally considered safer than stairs with hard surfaces like wood, vinyl, or tile. Carpet provides more traction, which helps reduce the chances of slips and falls, and its cushioning can lessen the severity of an injury if a fall does occur. Hard surfaces often lack the friction needed for a secure tread and can be quite slippery.

However, it's worth noting that some carpets can also be slick, particularly if they are brand new, dirty, or made from certain materials. If any stair surface feels too slippery, traction treads can be added to most materials to increase grip and improve safety.

No, thick carpet padding isn’t necessarily better than thinner padding. The appropriate padding thickness will depend on the type of carpet and the amount of foot traffic in the area.

For example, thick padding works well in low-traffic areas, like bedrooms, where you have soft and plush carpeting. However, thick carpet padding can damage low-pile carpet, which is used in the busiest parts of your home (like hallways and entryways). For that reason, it’s best to use thinner, heavier padding underneath carpet in high-traffic areas.
