This was an unusual installation of customer-supplied equipment. Most shops that responded to my request for this type of service (specified upfront) said, uhhh, we don't do that (Thanks for wasting my time, Sears/Transform and ARS/Service Express). But these guys came through, checked out what I had, and said "yes" - and proceeded to do a terrific job!!! Really great quality work with an unusual system. Install was first-class and they laid out tarps whenever they had to come up stairs with equipment and such to protect the carpets. I'm not a shill for them, but I will use them as my go-to A/C folks from now on. Very happy with their service!

Best service and bang for the buck ever. These guys truly believe that if they really know their stuff and do everything possible to make the customer happy, good things will happen. We would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing service or a new system. Outstanding customer service!! Everyone involved in replacing our system was extremely professional. We had a couple of minor issues and the response to take care of it was promptly addressed and fixed.
