Excellent and efficient execution on a four room carpet cleaning. This job was done remotely, but the owner and the cleaner coordinated well, sharing arrival time, before and after pictures etc. in a timely manner. Best part, a lot of food stains were removed making the carpet look fresh!

Excellent service. Some of the stains did not come out the first time and they were very responsive when I let them know. They came back in a couple of days free of charge and recleaned the stains. They wear shoe protectors and place corner protectors on furniture and walls. I am very impressed. Will definitely use again.

David was very responsive and cooperative. I had to reschedule the appointment once, and David was quite understanding about it. The rate quoted to me for the service was the most competitive that I had found. In addition to that, he had a 5% discount promotion going on for Angies List members. On the scheduled day, the professional who arrived (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) was very nice and helpful. We were still in the process of moving some of the furniture around and he did not mind that. There was a decently big sized rug that he cleaned for us for free. And when I told him that I had allergies, he went to extent of moving a few things to hit areas under large furniture such as beds etc. At the end of it all, I was quite pleased with the results. Great service, quality results and at a very nice price.

Cleaned a large rug and sofa.  My son's dog is a shedder and spreads dirt, even the vacuum cleaner can't keep up with him.  The rug had become dingy but looked amazing after the cleaning.  The sofa looked wonderful also.  Wish it was possible to give an A+.  Would highly recommend this service and will definitely use again.

He was amazing. He was so easy to work with and he did everything for me. It was a rental property and we were trying to sell it. It was awesome. It was excellently priced and everything. He thought that upholstery cleaning was all I needed. He would have come back and done my concrete floors as well but we decided that was fine. He did everything he could and he did it really quickly and timely just like he said. He didn't charge anything that I was shocked about. He worked really hard and got the seems mostly out, I think if not all out. He didn't charge any extra for that. He always answers his phone himself.

He was the only carpet and tile cleaning guy who would come on short notice! He took extra care, set expectations, and finished in the time he said he would. It was a last minute scramble for us because we found out at the closing the sellers did not have the house cleaned and they had multiple cats living there, which I am allergic to. Thank goodness for HARTS. He got in time for the maid service, Maids and Moore, who came in the next morning before our movers started arriving. Whew!

Set an appointment for today.  Mr. Hart showed up on time and did an excellent job on our carpets upstairs and down.

As an owner/operator he cares about doing it right the first time.  No doubt I will call him the next time I need carpet cleaning or refer him if anyone asks.

David Hart is very professional, polite and punctual. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and I rarely say that about any company. He calls to confirm the appointment one half hour before he arrives and arrives on time. He is very detailed oriented and will clean your carpet and upholstery as if it was his own. His pricing is fair and you definitely get what you pay for.
