"We had our pool built by Waterside Poolscapes. I am one that does not give out recommendations unless I 100% believe in the company and we interviewed 8 companies. Our entire pool building experience went as smooth as possible despite Covid outbreak (gunite shortage didn’t affect our build), or poor weather. Jason was our sales person and he was so patient with our questions and design changes. He seemed genuinely invested and never rushed or pressured us. Jackson was our builder and he was here every step of the way. If a minor mistake was made it was rectified immediately. He used highly professional contractors and the best gunite company in town. He communicated every detail with us, answered every question and phone call, and still follows up with us if we have questions. Our pool was competed in 7 weeks (under the estimated time) and it is gorgeous. I feel pleased to have a quality pool we can enjoy for years to come and would highly recommend Waterside Poolscapes to anyone looking."
