Thank you for great service!

Things started out great. Scott is amazing. So thorough, so friendly, truly great. But after the first few visits, service declined. Our pool was left on drain and we lost over a ft of water and we were blamed for our equipment being wrong. His guys moved items of our personal property and didn't put them back upon completion and they got destroyed... We were blamed. Pool wasn't being fully cleaned, entire sections untouched, and when I tried asking for more thoroughness, we were blamed for failing to maintain equipment and called names and had our service cancelled. We cleaned the filters when recommended, we replaced parts as recommended, but try to get clarity on why you'd need to spend hundreds or thousand on parts that just passed their inspection recently and suddenly you're a problem. Aaron was so disproportionately aggressive and is not open to conversation. He wants absolute obedience to anything he wants you to buy, no questions asked, or he attacks your character.

I just want to thank y’all so much and I’ll definitely be calling y’all back out in the future (hopefully not for a while though if I can keep the leafs out lol) but the guy who came out was so friendly and helpful! We had used the same pool company for 20 years, but the owner retired and sold the business. We were not happy with the service we were getting from the new owners and after looking at reviews of area pool companies, we decided to go with Spring Woodlands Pools. The new crew pointed out several things that were not being maintained correctly by the previous company and they did an amazing job. Later in the day, I received an email with my weekly report showing my current chemical levels, notes on what was completed, what needed to be done during the next visits and pictures of the pool and baskets after it was cleaned. Truly next level attention to detail. So far, I am 100% impressed!

Very fast, communication on point, owner leads from the front (meaning he doesn’t stay behind a desk like a manager). Amazing work for a great price. If you want someone that will be straight forward with you with no BS, this is the people. 5-stars all the way!

Very responsive to my need of having my pool cleaned after the hurricane. Was honest about the fact it might be a day or two. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was at my house in 5 minutes. Done with the job within an hour, fee charged was very reasonable. Would hire him again and refer to my friends.

When Aaron came out the first I?ve to give a quote and to check out our pool, he seemed like a nice guy. We even talked about how both our fathers were pastors. I even told him the church that I was pastoring. I ended up hiring him on the spot. They began service the next day. First service seemed okay until an hour later. The pool seemed dirtier. I texted Aaron about this and he said he would come out and take care of it. He and one other guy showed up and the pool seemed better. The next week comes and his guy shows up again and again, an hour later, same thing. I texted him again. This time, his rage began to show through the text messages. It was as if he was surprised that I was not pleased. He sends out someone else and we are told the pool will have to be drained through to the street. We have never had to do this in the past and I found it odd. But hey, they are supposed to be the professionals, rights? The third week comes, same thing? pool not cleaned and the sides are not scrubbed. So far, money down the drain. Next week, he sends out a guy and a girl. They literally did no work. Instead they played in our pool, used our children?s pool toys and through water balloons at each other as they raced around the pool and around our vehicles in the driveway. Some of the water balloons hit ur vehicles and pieces of the material were left in the driveway. I felt like Aaron had them do this on purpose. When I saw this on the cameras, I was appalled. I told Aaron about it and he did nothing. No apology. Nothing. I said I would no longer need your services. He seemed glad. So I posted on NextDoor that I was in need of pool service again because the last company didn?t work out. Someone suggested Aaron?s company. I said thanks, but no thanks. They are unprofessional? and boy did the flood gates open. Aaron went on an attack mission on the NextDoor app against me. He called me entitled, lazy, vengeful, vindictive and a disgusting bully. I could not believe his choice or words.Clearly, he was the bully attacking me. Needless to say, I have prayed for Aaron that he lets Jesus into his life, because clearly, He does not know God.

As the owner of the company, Aaron should be able to take performance feedback without lashing out and becoming hostile, but it is clear from our experience (and the experiences of some of the other reviewers) that Aaron's ego takes priority to providing customer serviceâ I agree with the above customerâ s assessment of Aaron. Aaron is ARROGANT! He is always charging extra every few months for items such as pump, filters, backwash hose, motor, etc. each time the items would cost extra hundreds and thousands of dollars. If you even have the slightest question as to if, and when the item has been installed, he threatened to go to your house to yank the motor out! I would NOT feel safe with such a hot headed, hostile man working in my backyard.

They have been very thorough and immediately send us an email after service noting the services rendered that day. They communicate well with us, which we like. They are polite and friendly and seem to really care about our pool.

We moved to Spring in June and hired this company in September to provide weekly pool service at our home. The long list of services included per the owner seemed impressive given the price and the reviews seemed promising. The first time they came out, the owner seemed to take his time to fully assess the pool, even offering to try and clear up some discoloration on the bottom of the pool. After that initial service, we had a handful of other techs coming out, each visit lasting approximately 10 minutes. They werenâ t doing great with the quality of cleaning but we overlooked that because we are willing and capable to clean the pool ourselves and mainly just wanted knowledgeable professionals checking the equipment each week to make sure things were running as they should. There were a few times that the tech left the equipment in service mode or didnâ t put the lid back on the chlorine tablets bucket, but those things are minor and we just dealt with it. Last Friday (12/29/23) the tech came and checked everything, noting that everything was working fine, the chemicals were good, and there were no issues. When we got home 2 days later, the main pump was sucking air, the pump that controls our water feature was not working, and water was pouring out of the chlorinator. We found that the issue was that the tech threaded the cap onto the chlorinator incorrectly, which is what was causing the leak and subsequent air in the lines. I contacted Aaron the owner, sent him a video, and he agreed to come out today (Monday). He came out today, spent less than 5 minutes at our home (he never even contacted us to let us know he was here and instead texted us after he left), and concluded that the o-ring on the chlorinator needs replaced and that the motor in the pump was burnt up and needs replaced as well. Aaron dismissed the fact that (per the techâ s report on Friday) everything was working fine prior to the tech putting the cap on incorrectly and tried saying our water feature is on a closed system (which is not accurate) and that the issue is unrelated. Honestly, we understand that mistakes happen and we would have been fine if Aaron acknowledged that it was their error and offered to fix it, but instead he became aggressive and rude, continuing to deny responsibility. When I told him we would like to cancel our service, he became increasingly hostile and irate; even making personal attacks and threatening to make posts about me on social media pages. We are new to Texas and have been pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and behavior of everyone weâ ve met thus far; until dealing with Aaron. As the owner of the company, Aaron should be able to take performance feedback without lashing out and becoming hostile, but it is clear from our experience (and the experiences of some of the other reviewers) that Aaronâ s ego takes priority to providing customer service. I encourage everyone to save yourself the disappointment and find a company that has a better tone from the top.

Did superb job! I could not have more pleased. I intend to schedule regular pool maintenance with them.
