 + -1 moreThe guy was very nice and we talked for over an hour about what we would like. He said he would contact us later with a quote but was curious if he could take a copy of our survey as we just closed on our home. I was extremely hesitant as this was part of our closing documentation and I stressed that I wanted it returned. I knew I shouldn't have given it to him as we have never heard from him again, called to try and get a hold of him and could never even get the original quote.
Description of Work: I had them come out to give a quote for a bunch of landscaping / sprinklers / etc.

outdoor kitchens
 + -1 moreExtremely happy with the new balcony. Project completed on time, on agreed cost. Had some minor difficulties with the metal railing but they were resolved.
Description of Work: Project scope: take down a small balcony and replace it with a larger balcony (circa 300 sq feet). Floor of the balcony covered with travertine tile. Balcony supports made of cedar with a 36 inch footer wrapped in split face (Granada from Keystone). Stained pine ceiling with lighting and a fan.
