Waterside Poolscapes

We had our pool built by Waterside Poolscapes. I am one that does not give out recommendations unless I 100% believe in the company and we interviewed 8 companies. Our entire pool building experience went as smooth as possible despite Covid outbreak (gunite shortage didn’t affect our build), or poor weather. Jason was our sales person and he was so patient with our questions and design changes. He seemed genuinely invested and never rushed or pressured us. Jackson was our builder and he was here every step of the way. If a minor mistake was made it was rectified immediately. He used highly professional contractors and the best gunite company in town. He communicated every detail with us, answered every question and phone call, and still follows up with us if we have questions. Our pool was competed in 7 weeks (under the estimated time) and it is gorgeous. I feel pleased to have a quality pool we can enjoy for years to come and would highly recommend Waterside Poolscapes to anyone looking.

Over the last 2 years I have contracted various companies for different projects, from tile in my house, cable TV, landscaping, Tree installation, and pool install. I can say honestly that Waterside poolscapes was the best experience I have had in a long time. I got 4 quotes and they were the last ones. The bid was extremely competitive and the bidder was not pushy. He was extremely transparent with the pricing. Once I signed with them, the told me when they would start the project and we were lucky to have perfect weather and they started it and finished on time. Additionally, when they started the project, they found some landscaping issues that were not immediately identifiable during the bidding process, but because they were so intent on completing the project at the quoted price and delivering a product that I would love, they gave me several options on how to correct the issue and they made the change at no cost. Every step of the way, they constantly communicated with me. I was never left wondering what the timeline was going to be. Even after the pool was built they came and visited with me every week to ensure I was happy with the pool. This is a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.

First pool company ever to actually do everything they said they would. They were a pleasure to work with. I would use them again!
