I recently had my pool resurfaced by Francy Pools Service, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and exceptionally tidy. They left the plaster looking great. I have more leaks than when I started this project. Their threat to file a lien when the 10 thousand additional dollars were charged to fix the pipes that are still leaking was horrible. Biggest waste of $55,000.00 that should be investigated! I hope Angie's has some way to help this mess!

After working with many other contractors for various size projects around our home, I have to say that Francy stands head and shoulders above all. She is a true professional and her team is well coordinated and provide a high-quality work and a very reasonable cost. From the beginning, Francy gave me a very fair quotation â I had no need to negotiate it. Also, she was always on time and spot on with the project time estimates. We have removed nd rebuild the pool concrete decking and the whole project took a little over 1 week â exactly how she estimated even though we had a couple of rainy days in between. There was absolutely no need for me to chase her or here team, they were always on time, and actually they have accommodated our schedule a couple of times without any problems. As with any large-scale project, weâ ve also run into some unforeseen repairs (existing leaks on the waterline â not caused by her team, old pool light fixtures no longer available that requiring plaster adjustments). They have made the repairs and had a very fair cost for the unforeseen modifications. Other contractors I have worked with knew that these changes would give them the opportunity to overcharge â never the case with Francy. Sight damage made to the scupper while braking the concrete were quickly brought to my attention by the team â while other contractors would hide these minor damages. Of course, they fix it with no problem but, I want to point out that these small details are a testament to Francyâ s accountability and professionalism. I usually donâ t write reviews and, if so, I definitely donâ t write that much but she excel in all aspects: quality, cost, efficiency, promtness and accountability.

Very satisfied with the work that was done. They replastered and replaced my tile, my pool looks absolutely amazing. They had the best price in town. Got over 10 quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. I was a little skeptical about hiring them at first because they didnâ t have an actual website but I am so glad I took the chance cause I am very satisfied. Miguel was very responsive and knew what I was looking for to satisfy my needs.

I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond.
