Pool and Spa Servicing
The people at the pool supply store are fine. The installation job is the problem. Either they didn't have all the parts they needed before they started the job or they broke some of my equipment while doing the job. After installing the new heater there is a major leak in one of the flow lines so I can't run the pump. The installer didn't bother to tell me this or let me know when it might be fixed before he left. After calling their 800 number the second time I find out it will be 11 days before they are planning to come out and finish the job. The pool will be green by then since i can't run the pump!
