"I called several landscapers for a quote, one came out and gave me a quote the other one never showed up and another never responded. Called the one that gave me the quote and left message that I wanted to hire them and they never replied. Found Salâ s Lawn Service and he came out the same day to give me a quote and my landscaping was done 3 days later. Sal and his team did a great job and will call on him the next time I have a landscape project. Wish I could upload a picture of the beautiful landscape they did.. Thank you Sal and team."

Small jobs welcome

"They are trustworthy and honest. Also, I like they do small jobs, like driveways, walks and patios beside the great job they do on a large job! Affordable pricing."

"I recently hired Sam?s for landscaping and couldn?t be happier with the results. From the first consultation, the team was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions I hadn?t even considered. The work itself was top-notch ? clean, detailed, and finished on schedule. My yard has never looked better, and several neighbors have already asked who did it. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises along the way. I?d highly recommend Sam?s to anyone looking for quality landscaping done right. I?ll definitely be using them again."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

In TX, surveyors combine deed research, previous survey documentation, and on-site measurements to establish property lines. They use GPS and total stations to locate markers, but also evaluate local factors like utility easements, fence lines, and neighborhood grading. Professionals pay close attention to flood-prone areas and shifting soils, ensuring boundaries reflect both legal records and the current landscape.

Helpful?

Homeowners in TX often weigh the need for detailed boundary surveys versus quicker, less comprehensive options. Deciding between permanent markers and temporary stakes can impact future property line clarity. Timing is another factor, as weather or construction schedules may delay work. Balancing thorough survey documentation with budget and considering local soil stability or HOA rules are all part of the decision process.

Helpful?

In Spring, if you notice property markers are missing, buried, or out of alignment with fences or landscaping, it may signal the need for a new survey. Unexplained changes in drainage, visible soil movement, or neighbor disputes over property lines are also red flags. Outdated survey documentation or recent construction nearby can further indicate your boundaries should be reassessed.

Helpful?

For land surveying in Spring, gather your property deed, any past survey documentation, and details about utility easements or drainage systems. Information on soil type, history of property line disputes, and neighborhood restrictions is also valuable. Knowing if your lot is near a floodplain or has unique grading issues helps your surveyor make accurate decisions tailored to local conditions.

Helpful?

In Spring, TX, start your routine by walking your property after major weather events to check property markers and visible boundaries. Look for erosion, new plant growth, or debris that could obscure markers. During summer, trim back vegetation and inspect for signs of shifting soil. In fall, assess drainage patterns after rain. Winter is ideal for reviewing survey documentation and noting any changes in property lines.
