Frank did a fantastic job fixing our drywall. He was quick to respond to my request and the job was finished within 24 hours of me calling him. I will definitely be using Frank again for any of my home repairs.

The main job was a drywall repair, texture, and paint job. Since his (Mr. Frank) price was very competitive, I asked if he could clean my gutters also, and he suggested that he could also refinish my front door. Job was to be completed in one day. The job was completed on time! He and his partner even came by the day prior to knockout the gutter cleaning job, I think Iâ ve found a new Handyman!

Very nice and capable man

Frank is a very experienced handyman that can figure out and fix anything. He reminds me so much of my dad who had the old school talent of fixing anything around the house. I miss my dad but happy to find a very kind man that does a complete job and wants to be sure the customer is well taken care of. He is also on time! I would definitely use Frank again.

He built a fence for me and he did a good job but I share the fence with my neighbors and he took down part of their fence after he had given me a quote. He then charged me $120 to replace their fence which was his mistake. He also does not like to be questioned about anything. After the fence problem, I started checking more and he would snap at me when I asked a question. He also repaired my deck. We agreed that I needed 10 boards replaced. That was what was figured into the original bid. Then he tells me that I had a different kind of board than he thought and the ones I had were more expensive so he only replaced six boards. Again his mistake. The work he did was good but I was not at all happy with the process. I would not hire him again.

Mr. Frank is a kind gentleman. I am pleased with the service provided. I needed the ceiling repair from a leak and work replaced around my garage. He was professional and worked quickly. I was even impressed that they worked on Christmas Eve. I would and will use Mr. Frank again.

I would highly recommend Mr. Franks Handyman and I will definitely use him again. He gave me a time that we would meet up and, and he was there ahead of me. His word is as good as an honest handshake. His price was very reasonable. I had him install a stand along gazebo that I purchased from Sams Club. He picked it up and installed it for me. The gazebo I ended up purchasing was a floor model (no need to go into why). Anyways, when they took it down, they stripped a lot of the screws and bolts. Mr. Frank and his partner did a heck of a job with what they had to work with (also had to purchase other screws to make it work). It was frustrating at times for them, but they handled it very professionally. Again, I would highly recommend Mr. Franks Handyman Services.
