Pressure washing (power washing) since 1995. We provide residential and commercial service throughout Houston and all surrounding areas. We are insured for your protection. We treat your house just like you are part of the family because family is important to us. Our methods provide damage free cleaning to remove mold, mildew, dirt, grime, gum, algae, rust and oil (plus other fluids leaked from vehicles). We specialize in removing mold, mildew and algae from Stucco (EIFS) and Hardi Plank. Regular humidity, sprinklers and rain can all provide enough moisture to make the exterior of your home look like a green monster attacked it, especially on the north side of your home. Of course we clean more than just your home, we clean – roofs, driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, wood decks, fences, patios, brick, stone, and much more! In addition, we provide commercial services – we clean store fronts, sidewalks, dumpster areas. We have also been seen cleaning an oil rig.

APro did an excellent job power washing my driveway and sidewalks, but more important than that was the attitude and attention to detail. They did the job like I would do it and that’s hard to find. I even had to reschedule the day of my appointment and they were happy to work me in just a few days later. I will definitely be recommending APro to all of my friends and family!

Mike and Tracy do a thorough and quick job using a machine that doesn't look like your typical pressure washer. They explained that all that compact dirt is actually mold and they use a chlorine solution to scrub it away. This is the cleanest my driveway has ever been.

I recently had my patio, porch, driveway and sidewalk done by Mike this past weekend. He did a great job and it looks excellent! He even cleaned the top of my bird bath which now looks brand new. The woman who took my call was friendly and was able to quickly give me an estimate. I had received an estimate from another company, and almost spit my coffee out when they gave it to me. They wanted twice as much as APro. Needless to say, I quickly scheduled an appointment with APro. I was in no hurry, so scheduled the work a couple of weeks later. I received a text reminder a few days before the appointment, and a phone call the day before to verify details. Mike showed up on time. We walked the area and I pointed out a couple of other small areas that needed power washing. Mike also pointed out a couple of things that I had not noticed. We agreed on the work and he got busy. He actually ended up doing a little more than what we had agreed on. When he was finished Mike wanted to make sure that I was happy and that he had done everything I wanted. It is not often that I find a company that I'm willing to wholeheartedly recommend. This is one of them.
