From the start, she kept us fully informed of what craft was showing up at what time and if there were any changes she always kept us informed. There were no surprises. All of the craft men arrived as scheduled. They made sure our floors were protected from where they entered at the front door. And carefully cleaned up after each visit. Alfredo handled the shower demolition and rebuild. He is highly skilled and professional. He let us know when there was one problem with the tile we ordered, but in the end he solved that problem and the shower turned out just as we wanted. Oscar handled the plumbing installation. He also proceeded in a very professional manner. He pointed out something he thought we might want to correct, which we did. And that was much appreciated. Installation of the shower door and some carpentry work was also handled with professionalism and without any wasted time.
