They were very professional. They were pretty thorough. I still found some grout lines that needed cleaning. They did clean all the grout lines but some of them needed some scraping. Overall Iâ m quite satisfied

Overall the work performed was fine except I noticed several areas where color seal was not applied and I found a crack in the tile in my guest bathroom. I left Martin a voicemail about both issues, but he has yet to return my call. Quality of work is essential but customer service is also important. For what I paid I expected more.

They did a good job cleaning ceramic floor tile and backsplash. Everything looks good.
