Can’t say enough about Eric and the terrific job he did. I learned that he and his family have been doing this for three generations and it shows. The job evolved into more than initially requested during the quote, requiring multiple visits and days of work, with only a minor adjustment to the price initially received. All of this for what surely was not a “big job” for him, yet never did he ever show any impatience or frustration with my questions or expanding requests. Eric truly showed that he was more concerned with helping us fix our tile issue than anything. I will be forever using him as my “tile guy” from now on and recommending him to everybody else that I know.

Professional and friendly

This transition of my shower was an AWESOME job! Eric and his staff knew exactly what I needed without any involvement from me! I am in total awe and in love with my new shower. Excellent choice of tile, the seat also, just everything they did was excellence! This is the second time we have requested his services. His work is THAT GOOD! He has so much knowledge about his work, he does not cut corners, he is a man of integrity and dedication to his profession. Without exaggerating, he does Excellent work. I definitely, definitely , HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring him if you need any tile work or patio work, counter tops. Excellent is not enough of a strong work to define the perfection he creates with his work. I am SOOOOO HAPPY, I am so GRATEFUL for all of his hard work and dedication to getting me what I needed. They work so hard and literally spent hours without breaks to get the job done, that's how professional and dedicated and committed theu are to giving Excellent service!!! I cannot express enough how awesome this company is and the services they provide.

Eric was very professional and did a great job. After coming over and giving a bid, the project seemed to have a little more than we thought to it but he was fantastic making sure it was what I wanted and never wavered about completing the task, all while working with my schedule. I’d highly recommend working with him if he’s on your list for a project you’re working on!

Eric quickly replied to our request, provided an estimate the next day, and started the work the day after. Eric and his tilers were professional, respectful, and quickly finished the project on-time and within the estimated cost. Prior to starting the work, Eric also walked us through which type of tile would be best for the job and he picked up the materials for us. And, because we had only one bathroom in the house, he made sure to have a sufficient number of tilers at our home to complete the project as quickly, and professionally, as possible. We will definitely be hiring him again when we need tile work.

It went very well, Eric came out on New Years Day to give a quote, and we had new floor tile beautifully installed by January 7th.

Eric Herrera Tile has tiled for us since 2013, including converting a guest bathroom and tub, to a bathroom and walk-in shower several years ago. This past September 2020, Eric Herrera Tile converted another guest bathroom and tub to a bathroom and walk-in shower. He also tore out and re-installed our kitchen and dry bar backsplashes. My wife and I appreciate the work of Mr. Herrera’s crews for their excellent craftsmanship in the finished product. The results are always perfect. The prices are very reasonable. And, the work is completed quickly, always on time. Never late and never delayed. However, we especially like the way his crew takes care of our home before they start the work. Our hardwood floors are always covered by the crew for protection. And, all of our furniture in the area surrounding the work is protected by the crew with dust covers. We have never experienced any damage to our floors, walls, or furnishings. They are the definition of professional craftsmen. We definitely recommend them and we will hire them again. In fact, we will ask Mr. Herrera to renovate our master bathroom in the spring of next year.

Perfectly. They did a great job, paying special attention to cleanup. Fast and professional. Very reasonably priced. It is hard to find tilers who will do repair jobs as well as major work but Eric Herrera does this. I'd recommend him to everyone.

He is everything I read on the reviews - expert installers, came to us at the last minute, better price by far than the no-show contractor! Great! Came to the house promptly to measure, submitted and estimate, and had the work done all within one week. Even picked up the tile and materials (which I ordered) without charge. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.
