"My house flooded causing us to need a new floor. Manor installed a laminate floor for us twenty years ago. He did such an excellent job that I have always remembered him, so was delighted when I found out he and his wife had their own floor store. There are so many flooring stores to choose from in Austin but I wanted to use one that I knew would still be in business for a long time and would give good service. They have a fantastic selection (too much in fact making choices hard). Miranda was so helpful. When I explained how stressful having my house torn up was she said she would do what she could to speed up the installation which I appreciated. Within a few days she called to say they could get right to it. The crew they sent was professional, polite, and oh so nice. They worked so hard and fast and did an excellent job with everything. They left my house clean at the end of the day. They were prompt and thorough. I am sooooo happy with the floor, the workers, Miranda and Manor. "We moved into a home in Lakeway that had outdated, scratched, shiny cherry wood flooring and filthy carpets. We were prepared to tear everything out and start from scratch if necessary. Kevin and Shelly promptly responded to our inquiry, sat down with us, walked us patiently through all our options and built a plan that met our needs. As others have commented, they listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to do more than we were comfortable with. We were able to refinish the wood floors and upgrade the carpet at a reasonable price. The contractors were professional, courteous, efficient and competent. There were a few midstream changes that I made which were handled cheerfully by Kevin and his team even though they weren’t part of the original plan. A few weeks after the job was done another contractor damaged the wood floor finish and although we haven’t yet resolved the repair, Kevin continues to be responsive and helpful. There are a lot of choices out there for flooring and a lot of contractors providing services. Kevin and his team delivered a solution that was right for us and a quality result that we are proud to own."
