We were connected with JJ Flooring through Floor & Decor and changed the floors in our entire two story home. JJ Flooring did an excellent job and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process!  Mayra and Beto were both very responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible given the project timeline.  The work was completed efficiently and professionally and we are very happy with how it turned out.  Would use JJ Flooring again!

The team at JJ Flooring was professional and easy to work with. I was moving from Oklahoma City and needed new flooring installed before I moved. May and her team made it possible for me to get it done from 6 hrs away. I ordered the flooring from Floor & Decor, arranged for JJ Flooring to pick it up and remotely opened my house for the install. They had to remove some carpet, level those areas and then went over existing tile with the vinyl. It looks amazing. I was unsure about putting vinyl in a million-dollar house but I love it. I hate carpet and having come from a house where we had installed hardwood, the floor care is much easier and the floors are quieter and softer than tile. Overall it was a great experience and I will use JJ Flooring for all my future flooring needs. The total project cost about $20k. Well worth it!

I called and spoke with the Manager and told her I would like to have Rodrigo for the job if possible. She was happy to arrange that. When the men came to install the floor they were not Rodrigo and did a very poor job. My husband and I had to clean the adhesive off the top of the wood for several hours and could not resolve some of it. I spoke to the manager about my displeasure, my desire for compensation and reported that the installers took a significant amount of extra product with them. She was not receptive of my criticism and denied that wood was taken. Ultimately, after exchange of emails, she replied that she had not understood that Rodrigo was NOT there installing but his sons. She apologized for her misunderstanding and arranged for the wood and refund to be returned to us. This was over 2 years ago, I didn't realize I had not made a review then and have been asked for one.

The owner Mayra is great she is very easy to work with and very understanding because of that is why I would use their service again. Because she contracts the labor that part didn't go so smooth the guy would show up all kinds of hours and chip a tile in my bathroom floor while laying the tile in the hall either way that damage is big since I would have to re-do the tile in my bathroom in order to get the tile fixed. Mayra was helpful she managed to cover it with a T-moulding still that is unfortunate because I wanted a nice transition with tile to tile. Other little stuff happened too like when they removed my baseboards they took a piece of dry wall off she had that fixed for me, I had to request for the baseboards to be caulked and it was unfortunate but the guy laying the tile he didn't remember to seal a minor crack that was on my concrete so crossing fingers that as time goes on I won't have any issues. Again, the owner is easy to work with thank goodness because of all the issues I encounter had she been difficult that would have been miserable. She is very easy to reach, honest person and responds very quickly. Also, her pricing is very fair and she was very understanding. I do like that you can buy your own materials.

Crew showed up on time and worked late into the evening to complete the entire job in one day. Another flooring company (sales and installation) had stated that the job would take a week and wanted nearly twice the price.  I had used JJ Flooring previously and knew that they provided excellent work and service and knew that the other company was misleading me.

Communications with their office were quick and easy to set up an estimate.  It is hard to get any type of contractors to come to Lago Vista but J&J came from Manor with no hesitation.  The owner (name escapes me now-I forgot to do rating immediately) came out to measure and talk about the job the day after my call and understood we would call when the product came in.
We contracted privately with one of their crew to pick up the load of flooring as we lacked a truck. He picked it up and delivered to the house and carried it all inside.  The prescribed 3 days later [allowing wood to acclimate to temp and humidity] the installation crew arrived and took 3 to 4 hours to finish the entire job. 
There was one piece that had a flaw in it that we couldn't live with because of its prominent location. The owner sent the foreman out to remove the piece and install another which looks perfect.  We are very satisfied with our association with J&J Flooring.

Very satisfied. Beto answered all my calls Despite the fact that it was a weekend job. Everything was coordinated well and went smoothly.

Installed laminate floors in living area, entry way, hall, and office.  Installed tile floors in kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms. Looks great.  Easy to schedule. Workers arrived, did quality work, paid careful attention to detail, and cleaned up.  I definitely recommend JJ Flooring.

They showed up early  each day (3) and started right away they took out the carpet and baseboards and started installing the laminate right away...i was a little concerned about NOT removing the vinyl flooring and that it would look uneven.. but I am not worried anymore .... the floors looks very level and flows very nicely from room to room...all the work they did looks great and very professional.....
my only regret was that I didn't cover the carpet on the stairs. I should have covered them  with plastic or something because they got all dirty with all the dirt and dust that they were exposed to ....but that was my error...you see we never go upstairs with our shoes.....so i can either clean the stairs or use it as an excuse to get the stairs done in laminate too... 
I am very pleased with JJ Flooring....I heard of them through my Aunt, they did her home a few years ago and the floors still look awesome. 
I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Beto is smart.  He's punctual.  He worked with us quite flexibly on the problems and issues that came up.  The work was done on time.  It was done fast.  And the end result is flawless.  I've worked with a lot of contractors doing various remodeling work on my house.  Beto is one of the easiest I've ever worked with.
His prices are lower than the others.  He's an honest, fine person.  His crews are experienced.
Hire JJ Flooring!  You won't regret it.

There were a number of snafus, all caused by me and/or the store I mistakenly used to buy the flooring from. The store had their guy measure the floor and his measurement was about 100 sq ft. more than the one I got from Beto. I also had them install matching baseboards, which the original guy undermeasured. I had placed my order based on the original guy's measurements.
I fortunately got a second bid from Beto, which was about 400 cheaper. The snafus occurred when his guys showed up, on time and there was no underlayment, which the store had failed to give them. They waited fo almost 2 hrs while I went to Home Depot and when they finished, my floors looked beautiful.
Because there wasn't enough baseboard ordered, they had to come by after I called and got it shipped. Beto tried more than once before he got me and finished the job even though he had already been paid in full.
I highly recommend these guys. They are very professional and know how to roll with the punches. My floors are beautiful.

Very smooth. No conflicts on any front. Beto was my contact person. He would always answer my telephone calls promptly.

I called JJ Flooring and made an appointment for them to come and give me a quote. They came at the agreed upon time and we went over the details of the job and agreed that they'd come do the job on Saturday at 8:30 AM. The guys showed up about 10 minutes early and went straight to work. They were polite and very professional. They did an outstanding job and when completed the install they cleaned up the mess and hauled off the trash (scrap wood) to include the boxes the wood came in. Not sure if that was something they usually do on all jobs but it was a pleasant suprise to me. In the future if I have more floors to install i'd call these guys for sure.

Very responsive and kept me up to date as the project progressed. I wasn't living in the house at the time, so that was a huge plus. The quality of the work was very good, and I would definitely use them again.

I had my floors installed in July of 2013. I was originally told it would take three days to complete the project. The team from JJ Flooring managed to get the job done in one. They were very friendly and efficient, listening to my instructions involving shuffling furniture around to get what they needed to done. In November of 2013 I started to notice some gaps forming in the floors. When I reported this to JJ Flooring they sent someone out to take a look, and were very prompt in sending a team back out to complete the repairs.

JJ Flooring helped us add flooring in our 31' Airstream and we could not be happier with the results. Every one of their team members was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Despite ours being what many would consider a small job they made our family feel like we were a priority. We would not hesitate to use them on much larger projects and will recommend them to all our friends and family! Thank you so much Mayra, Roberto and Jesus.

Beto came by on appt date, gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and we set up the install date. Installers came by as planned and did a very thorough and professional job installing our floating bamboo floor along with the 1/4 round. The did a great job, they were able to finish the 3 rooms in one day! Install went smoothly and the area was cleaned up upon finishing the job. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.
