"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

"DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well. Mr. Abdoul will personally get it done."

"Jose and his team were open to my many questions and offered their professional suggestions when installing my bathroom wall tile. They were also very mindful of the rest of my home and protected my floors and cleaned at the end of their workday. They were punctual and arrived daily as scheduled, no unscheduled skipped days or late arrivals. "Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
