Baker Brothers sent their plumber, and he went through various ways of rectifying the problem and quoted $5558.41 to complete the repair. They arrived next day at 9:30am, completed all the work as promised by 3pm to an excellent standard, a very professional service. I give your staff a 5 star rating on the service I received. However the only negative comment is the price, I thought the price charged to be very excessive see break down Locate Leak $465.40 Access Panel (Cut into sheet rock 2 times) $679.48 Run single loop of 60ft of nylon hot water pipe $4413.53. Taking in account $200 for raw materials, correct me if I am wrong and 30 minutes for lunch break, a total of 5 hours. The labor rate works out to be $1071.68 per hour for 1 plumber and 1 laborer. This I believe to be unacceptable labor rate I have requested a justification but as yet I have not had a reply"

It was nearly 400.00 dollars for less than 30 minutes work. I was left to clean up the mess. This just wasn’t right."

"Very responsive to our immediate needs, when our home flooded. They got the wet floors pulled up and the leak fixed. Due to not having extra flooring, we had to pick out replacement flooring and carpet from our initial install in 2016. That said, with the flooring being under the kitchen cabinets, the cabinets had to be pulled out and reset. They did a great job getting that done and putting down the new laminate flooring. However, the final details for finishing up leave a lot to be desired. There are nicks here and there, touch-up paint looks like it was done by a child. Then I got a final bill and before I paid him what was due, I wanted to first review it with the insurance company, just to make sure it was all as they expected it to be. He got nasty! He did not disconnect from the call he and I were on, when he and his son had a very nasty discussion about us, how much money we had, that we drive nice cars, and live in a nice home. Would not hire again!"
