I was preparing my townhome for sale and wanted to have the caulking in my bathrooms and kitchen redone.  He arrived on time and finished on time.  He did a wonderful job.  The caulking in the areas looked as it did when the house was built.  I will be contacting him again for other services.

They were excellent. He came and did the tile during an evening. He was very fairly priced. He was very informative and very cordial. He even educated me as he went along on things that he was finding. He really was on top of things. The second time was the same thing. He was fairly priced, knowledgeable, quick and friendly. He does so many things and he really looks ethical. I would definitely recommend him and I would call him for anything. He goes by an hourly rate and it is a very fair price.

It worked out OK. They didn't get as much done in that hour as I had hoped, so I would probably just hire someone to get everything done that I needed instead.

It was great. I felt sorry for the guy because it was an extremely hot day.  It was not an easy job for one person. He got the job done in the 3 hours that the deal covered. The scheduling worked out fine and was quick. He was very friendly, hardworking, and determined to do a good job which he did. He also told us ahead of time what supplies were needed for him to do the job.

The drywall person left a pretty big mess which we told the grout provided to not worry about as we would clean it up.  He was scheduled to come back when it was dry to paint over the repair in the kitchen ceiling.  My husband thought he had said he would come between 7 & 8 and he would call to let him know before he got here.  He was driving me to work that day, and got home around 7:30 after a not very professional text message that the provider was here on time and left after half an hour as it was obvious nobody was home.  My husband took exception to that because he didn't understand why he didn't call him when he got here to figure out what was going on rather than send a curt text message.  There was obviously some misunderstanding on both sides, but the discourse became pretty ugly and eventually the provider told my husband (who was going to be out of town for two weeks) that he could have his wife call whenever it became convenient for her (that would be me).  I opted not to call him back as the grout work he did was good and the damaged ceiling was repaired and I felt like I could paint the repair and not get caught up in the drama.  He never called back to find out if we still wanted him to finish the repair work.

It was great!  The gentleman arrived on time, was very efficient, and took pride in his work.  He also went above and beyond by removing my shower door, cleaning it, and recaulking it even though this wasn't part of the original job.

It went okay. He was nice and timely. I felt like he could have accomplished more. We had spoke about doing another project and informed me he would do some quotes but I never heard back from him.

I would highly recommend David to anyone.

From the beginning to the end, David was a bit hard to get a hold of and schedule an appointment with. I understand needing to replace the tiles due to water damage and appreciate him diagnosing it but I don't think he was experienced enough with tiling to handle the job. 1. We were short two tiles so he had to go buy some material and bought two off white tiles, instead of the white ones that matched the rest of the tiles. He put these in a bottom corner of the shower. Perhaps he didn't realize the color difference but I'm not sure. 2. He didn't secure the shower pipe to the wall so we had to hire a plumber to come out and do it at extra expense. 3. One month later the grout in the corners is already cracking and he didn't seal the tub - which is what I hired him to do in the first place. Now I'll have to hire another person to fix all these mistakes.

It went very well. He seemed knowledgeable and worked quickly. His cost was very reasonable. Recommended.

He is very good. When he is working with a customer on a job, he doesn’t even keep his cell phone with him because he wants to give them all the service they need and are paying for. The best way to reach him is by email. I have also hired him to do additional jobs for me as well. He is a great man and he is really neat, and he cleans up after himself. Their prices are very reasonable.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and we were happy with the service. We didn't pay anything more except the big deal charges. I would recommend them. He was very courteous, and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He came out on time.

He arrived on time and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner.  He cleaned up after working, and he answered all of our questions.  He spent time with us talking about projects we plan to do in the future. He acted in a professional manner and was extremely easy to interact with.

Was punctual and informative.  My two showers look good as new.  So much nicer.

Fantastic! Hired them through an Angie's List Big Deal for dryer vent clean-out and potential duct replacement from flexible to semi-rigid. Not only did he clean the lint from my 17 year-old machine inside & out, he also replaced the venting with semi-rigid at no additional charge because he said the distance was so short (2 feet to the outside wall). Fair enough, but then he did ADDITIONAL work at no charge: moved both of my machines out of the way and cleaned up the greasy mess on my utility room floor due to a long-standing leak from the motor in my old washing machine. That floor was spotless - he definitely left my house in better condition than he found it!

David was just a little late getting to my house due to traffic and coming out of McKinney to Arlington. He was very professional and thourough. He scrapped away the old caulk around the shower and bath tub and replaced with evenly layed caulk. He also cleaned the grout in both baths.

David was very prompt and professional and easy to work with.  We were very happy with his work.
