We had an emergency gas leak on a Friday afternoon. Our gas was turned off right before a three day weekend of 17 degree temperatures! Robby came out and took care of our problem as quickly as possible, so we could get the city back out and the gas turned on for the weekend. I know he saved our pipes and saved us from so much damage. He had plans for his birthday that he forfeited to help us. We will always recommend him for anyone with plumbind needs. He is a great plumber sand a great person.

We have used Robby several times in the past - unclogging kitchen sink, replacing 2 outside faucets, repairing a shut off valve in a sink faucet. His prices are reasonable and he performs good work. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

It's the owner who comes out every time for us. Sometimes he brings a helper. Although, if you want to cut down on your cost, he'll let you dig your own hole. He didn't mind at all. He's all we use for plumbing. If you need something done tomorrow and it's not an emergency, it may be longer than tomorrow.

The most recent was the repair and capping of a leaking pipe through our yard - a pretty easy project, but he was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. He has also done other larger repair projects in our home, including repairing old leaking pipes in the crawl space beneath our house, installing a new cutoff valve to better enable us to shut off the water to our house and to replace ancient valves that had frozen shut. He is efficient and thorough. I recommend him highly.

Since he is a one or two person operation (or was when we last used him), his ability to respond in an emergency may be limited if he in the middle of another job. He is still the first person we call, however.

As I just said, I would never call anyone else for plumbing repairs.

Prior to this visit he's replaced water heaters, installed new plumbing and shower pan for a bathtub to shower conversion, installed new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, installed a toilet, installed a dishwasher, and replaced leaky outside faucets at my house. I always know he'll be on time and will do a great job.

There was a time when he came out immediately in-between jobs to help me out with a problem. He pointed out how I would know if something was dangerous. The masonry work was very well done and neat. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Very well. He got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Has an assistant that manages scheduling-almost always never answers so you may end up playing phone tag with messages. But good job all the way around with his work. Provided a one hour window of arrival and did so. Brings drop cloth to avoid messes and cleaned up afterward. Stayed after dark to finish a job. Owner/Operator-so you know who you will be working with every time.

Robby arrived as promised on time; his assistant had called before he came to make sure I was awake. As soon as he saw the toilet, which had been running intermittently, he saw the problem immediately, had the required parts on his truck, and replaced them within 5 minutes. He then went to the other toilet, whose handle was sticking because it was rubbing on the tank side, and could not be bent because it was plastic, and replaced it with a metal handle, which he also had available. The whole visit lasted less than 15 minutes, and I thought the price was extremely fair.

We have been using him for a couple years. He is honest and works hard. He shows up when he says he will and gets the work done. He knows what he is doing.

Called to set an appointment. Was told they were really busy but they would try to work me in. On appointed date, showed up 45 minutes late. Charged me $39 for the "estimate call" and was told I would get an estimate in about a week or 10 days. Called about two weeks later and was told they were really busy but I would get it. Never got it.
