Simply put, a flawless process from beginning to end! When I experienced a hail storm on 01/07/23, the only thing I knew to do was contact my insurance company. I wasn't sure if I had damage or not since I wasn't climbing up on my roof. After getting an appointment with my adjustor, I knew I needed to contact a roofing company, but who? My late husband handled these type of situations and I wasn't sure who to trust doing business with. There were so many roofing company's in my little neighborhood the next day knocking on doors. I managed to avoid most all of them until I could figure out just what to do. Thank goodness for Paula, a co-worker and friend. She highly recommended Robert Coker, who has been a friend of hers for a long time. And Paula explained to me WHY she recommended Robert and Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration. I took the info Paula gave me, gave it much thought and decided to call Robert Coker. I reached his voicemail stating he was out of town and wouldn't be back until the following week. I left a detailed message and did not expect a call back until the following week. It wasn't but an hour or two later, Robert called me back. I learned he was vacationing in Mexico. Unexpected and quite impressed at the quick return phone call. Robert told me he would be happy to help me. The adjuster and Robert Coker was at my house on time to do an inspection of my roof, detached garage and small shed in the back yard. He was very professional in communicating with the adjustor and me. After the inspection, Robert sat down with me and explained every single detail and the process. He provided written information on every aspect of the roofing process. And everything Robert told me went exactly as he stated. He handled every single thing. I couldn't believe it. From the paperwork, notifying me of the date of delivery of the materials to the date and time Rejuven8 Roofing would be starting the job. I must mention without fail, the team who put the new roof on my home, garage and shed today, did an outstanding job! They worked non-stop and in tandem! They did an awesome job and my new roof simply looks amazing! I love it! I am so pleased and happy that I chose Rejuven8 Roofing and Restoration for this project. From beginning to end the project went extremely well. From quote to installation and completion was only a few days. The crew showed up early and on time. Very professional and took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged pool, shrubs or grounds around my home. Keith Stickle the project manager/sales came by several times throughout the day and then after the job was completed, he spent extra time to make sure the job site was clean. Checked all vents in the attic and cleaned the AC drip pans from any debris. I would highly recommend a new roof from Rejuven 8 Roofing & Restoration.

Bid process was professional and complete. Bid was returned a little late in the process, but the review of materials, workmanship, timing and costs was completed in-detail. Although REJUVEN8 did not win the bid / job, I would not hesitate to include them in any roofing replacement bid process in the future.

Keith Stickle with ReJuven8 Roofing just completed a metal roof install on our home. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did for us. In my time I have worked with contractors to build two houses, multiple add-on remodels, and a large metal barn. I can tell you Keith and ReJuven8 is by far the best experience I have ever had working with a house contractor. They were professional and very prompt from the beginning, answering all my questions (I am an engineer by occupation so I had plenty of questions) and provided status updates throughout the process. I don’t normally post reviews, but I am compelled to write this review because if you were like me, searching for a “good” metal roofing contracting based on internet information was very difficult at first. I talked with several contractors, but the responsiveness from Keith and his understanding of the installation process (he used to install metal roofs himself) was head and shoulders above the other companies I talked with. From a roofing perspective my house roof was a rather complicated design with 5 dormers protruding through the roof line along with the entire roof being on a steep 12x12 pitch, and includes a large rock chimney to seal against. When I was first considering a metal roof upgrade from my previous shingle roof (being replaced due to hail damage), I was a little apprehensive on installing a metal roof with all these joints and intersections. The most important thing for me was to find a contractor that could do a quality job since this will be our retirement home one day so we will own this house for many years to come. They did an excellent job and took the time required to do it right. Our house sits in the Sam Houston National Forest and they also did a great job of keeping the jobsite and surrounding woods picked up from litter and shingle material that was removed as part of the job. The actual roof they installed for us is a Berridge Cee Lock Standing seam metal roof, and we couldn’t be happier with how this roof improved the exterior look of our house. Also during the middle of roof install was the extreme cold spell in Feb 2021 with snow and ice where the temperature at our property got down to 9F. From day one ReJuven8 did a great job of weatherproofing the roof throughout the roof install job. Even with the roof partially complete and some areas of our roof having 6 inches of snow and ice there were no water leak issues. If you are looking for a quality job and a sales rep that is easy to work with and monitors the quality of the job throughout the installation process, I highly recommend that you talk with Keith at ReJuven8. Hopefully this helps with your search for a quality roof installer.

Excellent service, after looking through many company's reviews late one evening I decided to call Rejuven8 Roofing and leave a message to setup a time to get an estimate for our hail damaged roof. To my surprise someone answered the phone at 9:30 pm. Robert took the time to visit with me about our roof and had his partner Charlie call me that same evening to set up a time to come to our house to give an estimate the very next day. Very impressed with the customer service. When Charlie did the estimate he took the time to provide detailed information about the process from explaining insurance estimate, types of roofs, warranty, costs, etc. The job was scheduled within two weeks.
