Ignacio Perez was very professional and polite. He took the extra steps to walk me through each repair needed and the method to be used. Ignacio Perez was the only contractor who took the time to point out other concerns which needed to be addressed that were outside the scope of the project. He treated my roof as if it was his own. He prioritized my project to beat the rain which I appreciated. I will certainly use him again!

Out of the three bids I got TX elite was A bit pricier than the other two companies but not by much.. problem was an unpredictable leak in three places in one bathroom.. after years of unsuccessfully searching in the attic for where the water was coming in I finally found it. TX elite presented their estimate very professionally-clearly detailing the work & the cost. Sergio who came to the house and put the estimate together was great to work with..... knowledgeable professional and friendly. He pointed out several places on the roof that needed some preventive maintenance considering the age of the roof. There were a couple of issues in the estimate I was not satisfied with so Sergio conference called his boss Ignacio who listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. They were prompt showing up when they said they would and completing the job when they said they would. Overall, I think these guys are hard-working and honest people. They told me at the beginning that the new shingles would not match perfectly the old shingles-but man theyâ re not even close. That being said I would still not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

I was given sufficient information by mgr Ignacio about the repair during the quote phase. The repair job done on the roof was done very professional. Ignacio pointed other things to be repaired like vents and preventive maintenance was done. Loose shingles in the entire roof were sealed. Yes, I recommend this company.

They and others gave me a quote on work that needed to be performed. They had a detailed quote that indicated they had listened to my needs at this time. They showed up on time, worked all day and made sure I was satisfied.
