It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. It would have been better to let me know clearly that the installer was over booked because I stayed home for three days when I had things that I needed to do and was waiting."
