I am a big fan of Baker Septic. I was convinced that my septic pump was defective after 19 years in service. Martin did some diagnostics and discovered that there was some defective wiring and after reconnecting the wires the pump was working just fine. Saved me hundreds of dollars in replacement costs. Thank you Baker Septic for doing things right.

Baker Septic Systems did an excellent job for us replacing our old septic system with a new aerobic system. Our property is on solid rock and Bill Baker and his crew got the job done without any problems. Honest, punctual, and professional. Excellent quality work and reasonable prices. Strictly adhered to all Covid-19 guidelines. My neighbor also had him put in a system and he was extremely pleased also. Highly recommend!!!

My appointment was the next day and the worker showed up promptly. No waiting for someone to show up. The worker was professional and efficient. He was finished with the pump out in 45 min. and everything was back in order. Will definitely recommend this service.

We are the 2nd owners of residence and did not know where septic tank was. He quickly located it and had the two cement caps off quickly. Checked for any damage as tank installed in 1990. Pumped out the septic did inspection and after cleaning septic , neatly covered the area after we marked it. He then doubled checked to see if we had a second tank on property . Courteous professional and answered all my questions completely. Would recommend him over the big pricey companies that did not want to even come out if I did not know where my tank was That one bad review is strange as I am a woman and the company is insured for damages Nothing but fantastic service 5 stars

Service Tech showed up EARLY!!   Performed service with no hesitation and NO upcharges.  Cleaned up after himself and left with hose running in aeration tank to refill it.  Necessary with a aerobic system to prevent damage to air pump.  Gave explicit instructions a to how long to let hose run and how to turn system back on when tank was partially full to avoid pump damage.

When he arrived I was asking him question why he thought my tank needed to be pumped out so soon. In other words what was going on with it? Right off the bat he started giving me all kinds of reasons that didn't make any sense to me. I could tell he had no respect because I was a woman an he thought I didn't know anything. They needed water to pump out my tank so I showed him a hose outlet in my garden that was closer to where he was pumping and walked up stairs to get a cup of coffee. As I was coming back down the stairs when I saw him break the hose pipe down below the cut off valve and water was shooting up into the air like Ole Faithful. Before it started to rain in our area, almost everyday I used this water outlet so I know it wasn't broken before and I saw him break it. If this had of been broken before hand we would have had to cut off all the water coming into the house to fix it because there is no cut off coming from the well water pump into my house. In other words if this is broken below the cut off I have to shut off all the water coming into the house. Then this guy starts complaining that a brown recluse spider may have bitten him. Alluding that he could sue me if it did! We agreed he should leave! He patched up the pipe but it will have to be dug back out and repaired. Now I have another job besides my septic tank that needs to be addressed. 
This guy is a joke and I'd never let him on my property again! No, I didn't pay him anything but I should send him a bill for the repair of my hose pipe that will have to be fixed.

I called on Friday to have my aerobic system pumped out and was able to get an appointment for Monday.  I was told that they would be out between 1:00 and 3:00 PM on Monday.  They showed up right at 1:00.  The gentleman was friendly and explained what he would be doing before getting started and gave us some advise on the system when he was done.  The whole thing took an hour or less.

We purchased this home 11 months ago, and have found the previous owners hadn't maintained the septic system properly. We had to make some improvements to allow proper access. When we did and the septic contractor was able to service it, we found the trash tank had never been pumped (home is 11 yrs old), and was therefore damaging the aerator.
Baker was recommended to us by the septic tech, and we got the appointment set up for this morning. Bill arrived early, which was absolutely no problem. We dug down to expose the opening to the tank while Bill started on the others. Originally we wanted only the trash tank done, but as noted on other reviews, he recommended doing all of them.
Once he got to the that tank, he found it was nearly completely packed! The previous occupants had put many items through the system including feminine products and cooking oil, which formed a HUGE clog. Bill got all of it cleaned out, but it took him a little longer than and quot;usualand quot;. He gave us some information on what was okay and not okay for the system, how often he recommended we have it done (3 yrs for just 2 of us with frequent visitors), and confirmed the aerator was just about shot. He also set us up for an e-mail reminder when the next pumping was due.
Overall, service was great! Highly recommend them. We live in an area where ALL homes use septic systems, and Bill was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Bill arrived as planned (a little early actually, which was great!) and went right to it. He pumped out all three chambers, which as I understood from contacting other septic companies, thats not whats usually done, or if it is, they make you have it ready to open before they get there, but that's a standard to him. He took extra time to talk to me about how it worked, things to look out for, things not to put in the toilet or garbage disposal and an appropriate pumping time frame for the number of people in our household, which is more than I can say about the company that installed it.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience whereas it's usually a and quot;crappyand quot; one! Pun intended! I will definitely be calling him again when I need this service done.

My family arrived from OK to visit for Christmas. Next thing you know we had a plumbing stoppage....and it's Christmas Eve. The bad news.....septic tank had filled with water within 4 weeks of having it pumped.....signs of a larger problem. All local Septic services were already booked and closing early for Christmas Eve.....understandable. However, Bill Baker made me his last stop Christmas Eve - around 7:00 PM. Bill greeted me with a bright smile and apologized for the late hour. Really? Bill pumped out the tank within a half hour and my family was and quot;back in businessand quot; for Christmas.

Considering the holiday logistics, Bill performed over and above the call of duty....and with such a pleasant attitude. This is the type work ethic America was found on and desperately needs to return to. Thank you Bill Baker. You are indeed a credit to your profession and you have all my future business.

Baker Septic was chosen by our Home Warranty provider. We were experiencing a back-up. Bill Baker arrived during the time frame we were told he would, he cleaned the tank and gave helpful advice to remedy issues which could cause future back-ups.
