The plumber got there 20 after 5, and was dispatched almost an hour before he arrived at the house. This was really frustrating because we took off work for nothing. Once he got there, he spent literally 95% of the time writing a quote and barely even looked at the plumbing. I made a point to send the inspection report to the company so someone would know what they were looking at but they had not seen the report upon arrival. They seemed like nice people, and the "quote" was cheap, but it was a bit of a frustrating experience considering the amount of people involved (realtors, inspectors, etc) and an hour and a half wait for 5 mins of their time."
