We told him what we wanted and he made some great suggestions we hadn’t even thought about. He emailed us his CAD drawings and they were great, very detailed. He’s s a perfectionist, his work is high quality, no corners cut, and his prices are very reasonable. He’s always on time and cleans up when he’s through for the day. Afterwards, he was gracious in getting on top of the garage again to clean a portion of the house siding that was difficult to get to, in order to get a few difficult to reach spots. They had a backpack with all the tools needed for this type of project. They stayed with the job until the swing was completely assembled and located on the patio where we wanted it. Not only did he take on the job another contractor bailed on (assembling a bookcase), but he also wall-mounted a TV, fixed my driveway gate, and reinforced a wobbly railing on my front steps so it’s now completely solid and steady. All of that — and at really fair prices. I’m already making a new list of projects around the house because I’m genuinely happy to have found someone reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced.
